I booked a flight through Travel ReImagine. The airline had the reservation(I checked with the airline) and Travel ReImagine was paid by my credit card. Days later I checked my reservation again and it was canceled due Travel ReImagine not paying the airline. My credit card company is currently trying to get reimbursed for the charge, but so far this dispute is open.

They have the worst customer service, that I have experienced to this date. I have tried to get a refund for a flight that was booked incorrectly back in December 2021. Till this date nothing has happened. It's getting to the point where they keep hanging up with me and giving me empty promises. this company needs to cease operations due to their negligence.

So travelreimagine took my 600 dollars and made it appear like my flight was all booked and ready but once I arrived at the airport there was no ticket reserved for me!!! I lost out on my holiday weekend because of this company. STEER CLEAR

Leave out offensive words my ass. I have asked for my money for two months. Your ratings are horrible! I see why put my money back to my account.

I booked and cancelled in the same day, I am waiting for my money for over 16 months. long email thread is available showing no one cares. I can proof what I am claiming - soooo frustrated about this low level customer service!!!!!

This is strange be aware. I got a charge in my priceline credit card for Frontier airlines so I call priciline because I never booked. I got a call from someone who did not sleep English from TravelRemagine. I was surprised and don't know how the reservation was made in my name. I send them an email to say I never reserved anything with them.I emailed those people after the called me and got an email back from AirbornTraver.com.that they canceled my reservation. Those scammers own both websites

DO NOT BOOK THROUGH THIS SITE. CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS AND AGENTS ARE EFFIN RUDE!! PUTS YOU ON HOLD AND HANGS UP ON YOU. A**HOLES SERIOUSLY.

DO NOT BOOK THRU THIS COMPANY, ITS A TOTAL SCAM. I thought I was booking thru United Air, somehow I got rerouted to these useless morons, the day before were due to fly out I got a call saying my flight could not be confirmed due to a glitch in their system. I will get a refund within 2 “billing cycles”, 7 months later I am still fighting with them. I did call United Air and they had our seats reserved but the booking was not completed because TravelReImagine did not make the payment to the airline. I had to pay again to United to make it to my cousins funeral on time. Now every time I call the see about my refund they put me on hold then hang up. I waited to long to make a complaint with visa so they can’t help me now. I have a claim with the BBB, they recommend going thru the Federal Trade Commission and the Attorney General to resolve matters with this company. The only reason I am giving them any star is because I had to put something there. They don’t deserve it.

This company is a complete SCAM. Booked my flights(3) at the end of December. Had to cancel within the next day because they couldn’t guarantee me that I would be seated next to my 5 and 3 year old children. They sent me an e-mail stating that I would receive a full refund(which I still have). I have called them well over 20 times asking about my refund. I have been hung up on at least half of those said calls. Other times they have blocked my number and will not answer. Other times they answer, I can hear them breathing, but will not respond to me. I was able to speak to a “manager” once, he stated that I would be receiving my refund within 5-7 business days. Never received it. I have called from different numbers, but once I start talking to them about my concern they hang up on me. HORRIBLE customer service. They are incredibly rude and disrespectful. When I called the airline the airline stated that they did not have any record or past records of my flight details. I have been waiting over 80 days for my refund. I think I gave them enough opportunities and way more than enough time to refund my money. I have placed a call into my bank to press charges for fraud. I wish I would have read their reviews prior to booking through them. It appears that many others have had the same experience as I have had. I will never use them again. I have posted on all social media’s to not use them. This has been a slight nightmare. I hope they are caught for what they are doing, so others are not SCAMMED like I was.

Communication is awful.
Paid upgrades are useless.
They are rude on the phone (hang up on you or disconnected 4/4 times.)
They will try to scam you. You are nothing but money to them and they will price gauge you if you aren’t careful.

We booked a round trip flight and paid an extra $30 so we could change our return if needed. When trying to contact them to rebook, they did not answer the phone calls or emails we had sent. They had a robot email response which said they would call back within 24 hours which was not fulfilled.

After finally getting through to someone after a few days of trying, we were disconnected or hung up on several times, even put on hold and disconnected on. Eventually we did get a call back after complaining on the calls.

Dealing with the service rep on the phone, he was unapologetic and told us that to change our flight it would cost $270 for a one way flight (a few months away) as a rebooking penalty and cost. This is despite paying for the premium rebooking fee that supposedly covers $100 in flight changes.

We checked on Air Canada and the flight was listed as $175 for the same date and time. As soon as we told him this the representative hung up on us.

Rude, unprofessional, and complete scammers. NEVER EVER BOOK WITH THEM if you want a flexible flight, or frankly… any flight.

Garbage. These people are garbage. First of all, this company’s customer service is on the other side of the world. Second, I was billed in full and received no e-tickets AND the airline had no confirmation of our reservation. Third, I called and emailed countless times and was told “in a few days” or “in 48-72 hours” you’ll receive your etickets. Absolute BS from people who should be classified as thieves.

THEY HI-JACKED MY PURCHASE FROM PRICELINE WITHOUT MY CONSENT. SO THEY MUST HAVE HACKED MY PRICELINE account.

I booked an airline ticket on Dec 12, 2021 and had to cancel the next day due to a positive covid test. I canceled the reservation the following day and was refunded 70% of the cost in two days. Nine weeks later and two follow-up call to customer service I still have not received the remaining $135. Don't use this company if there is any possibility that you may need to cancel.

I can't say it enough. Travel Reimage is a scam!!! Please pay attention when booking your flights. Make sure that you are on the actual airline company's website. I booked a round trip flight with what I thought was United Airlines and it turned out to be Travel Reimage who took almost $400.00 from me and never sent me an e-ticket. When I called them the next day I was told that my flight was canceled. My flight was 4 months away, this did not sound right to me. Then they wanted me to book a different flight with them. I said no. I will call the airlines. I found out United had no information on me or the flight. > asked Travel Reimage for my money back and now I am going through with filing fraud charges against them with my bank to try and get my money back! Please do not use them. Just an update. Wells Fargo went after them for fraud and I had my money back within 48 hours of filing fraud with my bank.

Travel Reimagine.com. Horrible experience. I didn't choose to go thru them to book my flight... They chose me. I thought I was on Frontier.com until I got my confirmation from them and they booked me on Southwest. I figured oh well, that's fine. It wasn't until this morning (a month later) that I went to check in for my flight on line... and I found out they didn't book my tickets. They told me that they would have it fixed in an hour. Then, they told me 2 hours. I called Southwest directly and they said they never got paid from the travel company. Southwest was able to get me booked and saved the day. Now, when I call Travel Reimagine... They ask for my booking number and then they hang up on me. I am amazed that a company like this is allowed to be in business.

I purchase 2 tickets in October to go to Baltimore the flight was canceled by this company. I was told that I would receive my refund in 21 days. I tried calling them several times and the call always drop which I believe they are hanging up. I have emailed them twice and still no answer. What is so terrible about this is they made it seem as though Southwest Airline received my money and they didn't.

This place is the worst. They took my money then they told me they had no record of it. But you took the money out of my bank account.if I could give them zero stars I would. I have emails upon email and phone calls all lies. Please I don't want to see anyone else get scamed.

URGENTE URGENCIA URGENT!” DO NOT USE This COMPANY Due weather, I started t call them to confirm everything but on JetBlue everything was a go. I booked my flights back in October 19, 2021 and they canceled my etickets Dec 27, 2021 my flight was Dec 31, 2021. For no reason whatsoever. My flight had 33 seats available. My flight was never canceled with Jet blue. I had no tickets to get on my flight and JetBlue charge me $1700.. for a family of 6 one way.:(
They play on their words. I got confirmation reservation: confusion terms. They booked my flights with Jet Blue. I saw the charges in my chase Acct. However their 888 number answers to travel reimagine..but no ones answers.
