Since posting this report, and my email transcript on RipoffReport.com, this website has now conveniently changed their contact address to a U.K. address, so it appears that they just use fly-by-night "disposable" addresses, which makes it appear on the surface that they are not the same company. They are now no longer claiming to be in "Portland, OR", but are using this address instead:

ORIGINAL REVIEW:
As many of you on this site have already discovered, Treasure Box Store is a FAKE retailer. Not only are they not located in the U.S., (contrary to what their website claims, they are actually in China) but their online retail platform is just an elaborate front for them to take your money and run with it. Once you have paid them, you will receive NOTHING, and they will come up with all kinds of elaborate excuses as to why you haven't received your order.

For anyone who's interested, I have included a more detailed transcript of all my email communication I've had with them about my "missing" order on RipoffReport.com. If you'd like to read that transcript, you can find it by searching for "Treasure Box Store" on their site. (Sorry, I'm not allowed to post the direct link here)

Here's a brief snapshot of how they conduct business:
1. You place your "order" online and make your payment. While you're placing your order, a countdown timer will appear, stating that the item you're ordering is in high demand, and you have "x" amount of minutes left to complete your purchase. (That should have been my red flag)
2. You will receive a text message (not an email like professional retailers would send) stating that your order has been "confirmed". No tracking number. No further information.
3. About a week later, you will receive a "tracking" number, but be aware that this tracking number is FAKE and you can only access it through a shady Chinese tracking company.
4. Weeks and weeks will go by, and according to your tracking information, your product is still sitting in a queue somewhere in China waiting to be processed, despite the fact that they promise your product within "12-20 business days".
5. If you email them for status update, you will either get generic answers, such as "it's on its way", or it's "at U.S. Customs now". This is the SAME exact answer you will get every single time, no matter how many weeks go by. Furthermore, they will tell you things like, sometimes tracking information doesn't update in real-time, but rest assured, they receive regular updates from the carriers, and the shipment is making good progress. But when I pressed them for further proof of this, or even just a screenshot of what they're seeing on their end, they came back with NOTHING, and told me to reference my original tracking number, which is the SAME tracking number that shows that my order is "pending" in China for weeks on end. And the best part is, when you inform them that you have been waiting more than their estimated "12-20 business days", they will quickly change their story, and claim that orders take "20-30 business days" instead.

I urge everyone reading this, PLEASE don't make the same mistake I did. Let my and others' experience be a warning that these people are not to be trusted.

Stay away from this place. Ordered TP. assumed it would be coming from the US. A month later still not here. Showed up today. Super small rolls, I guess the Chinese have small butts. A one star review is being generous.

Placed an order for TP (two packages) on March 27 as I was not able to purchase any at stores and had very few left. Had no idea that it was coming from China. Received confirmation, on April 3 that it was on its way. When using tracking number with Chinese shipper at the beginning it stated that it is on its way. However, now nothing comes up. I paid an exorbitant price for shipping and after submitting looked for way to cancel immediately, but nothing found and no way to contact seller. Just emailed Treasure Box, explaining the situation and told them it was time for a full refund. I am only sorry that I did not see these blogs. Ordered same product on Amazon and it arrived weeks ago!!!

Total scam!!!!! They will take your money and they wont ship you anything!

You people are taking avantage of people like me. I have been waiting for my order of toilet paper for over a month and i paid more than three times what i could have bought in stores. Its my bad that i didn't check your ratings. I know now that you are getting your stuff from china! I will be letting all my facebook friends and others to absolutely not order any of your products.where they come from and your lack of concern about my order. You say your out of Portland. Oregon but are you really. Hum. Thanks for nothing.

Items were supposed to ship from LOCAL WAREHOUSE within 24hours. I ordered on March 11th... now its May 11th .... still no order received and the Tracking Number just expired.
Guess that was a jerk in the box 🖕🏼

STAY AWAY!! Wish I would have read these reviews in March. It has been over 30 days and I still have not received my order. Customer Service is horrible. Keeps telling me it’s passed through customs. If I had known they were in China I never would have purchased anything. I guess I was scammed and need to stick to places like Amazon.

UPDATE. JUST RECEIVED THE TOILET PAPER I ORDERED TWO MONTHS AGO AND WAS SHOCKED TO SEE THEY ARE SO EXTREMELY SMALL. ALL 20 ROLLS PUT TOGETHER WOULD EQUAL ONE NORMAL SIZE. WHEN I SHOWED MY MOM SHE SAID I SHOULD REPORT THEM TO BBB FOR FALSE ADVERTISEMENT. I JUST MIGHT DO THAT. THIS COMPANY WAS OBVIOUSLY TAKING ADVANTAGE OF PEOPLE DURING THE TP SHORTAGE. BEWARE.

Scam company, never received goods. Will not give a refund. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE. This is a company from China not States as implied on site.

horrible customer service - product never showed up - telling me it has to clear customs for over a month now - best way around it is just dispute the charge as they are straight stealing - DO NOT BUY

I sure wish I had seen all these reviews before I placed my order. It has been well over a month and I have received nothing yet. They said it would take up to 20 business days but again it's been over a month since they said they shipped the item. Total scam total fake they should be arrested.

It should be called crap box - I have asked for a refund repeatedly- never order from here it’s a total terrible fraud

Terrible company. I wished I had seen reviews before placing an order. I ordered in March and still no expected delivery date. I have been scammed. I wish I could rate as no stars.

Don’t order from this on line site!! Everyone else,s reviews are true. They are scam artists and should be investigated by Consumers Freud and the Better Business Bureau. I placed an order almost one month ago and it never came and the tracking number keeps changing and cannot be tracked. They withdrew the money from my account right away. Now there is no way to get in touch with them. Bad news!, BUYER BEWARE!!

If I could give this website zero stars I would. Do not order from this website it is very misleading. They list an Oregon address in the contact information section but really the products are made and shipped from China!

I ordered some tp paper on 3/30/20 and still have not received it. I could not track the package because the tracking number they gave me was wrong. Tried to text them since thats the only communication they gave me. No reply yet. Im beginning to think this is a scam. There should be something we can do about this company.

Don't buy here you don't get your purchases or a refund. They show items, as in stock and say shipping in a few days. Do not believe them there are multiple reviews of the same fraud. We never got our order and see that same complaint many times. Ordered on 04/03/20 and no delivery, the tracking number dosent work and they don't respond to emails.

This company poses as a USA company but they are really in China and the tracking information is bogus.

Don't buy from this store. They don't tell you that their products ship directly from China. The website is very misleading stating it ships within 24 hrs. The product hasn't even left China yet and they refuse to give me a refund. Trust me, Don't waste your time with this company. I'm not sure how they are even in business with all the bad reviews

Ordered 2 items. First item was therapeutic bracelet which arrived faulty. Could not lock it. Second item ordered on 16th Jan and did not arrive yet, Today is 29.2.2020. They said it will arrive by 30 working days from the date it was ordered. Thirty working days From 16th jan elapsed on 27th Feb, but Treasurebox said that 30 days have not elapsed yet and to be patient. I dont know how many working days are in their week. Obviously not 5. Will never ever do business with them again.
