Never buy from this store EVER! I ordered from them and spent 90$. I ordered Thanksgiving day and didnt receive a delivery until Dec 29th for what was supposed to be christmas gifts. On top of that i received items that were absolutely not what was described or pictured in the site! They will not respond to emails and will not refund my money!! I would never recommend this seller to anyone!! I shouldve known better myself!

Do not buy from these, poor quality product and crap customer service...i bought a magnetic bracelet which took weeks to deliver and in 3-4 days the black finish had started coming off, they offered me a replacement but i wasnt interested but said i had to return it for a refund(to china) even though i had provided photographic proof, after i questioned this they have since stopped emailing me back.

Item ordered early December - no confirmation or order number details received. Money taken from my account a month ago!!! Sent emails via 'contact Us' on site explaining situation but got back request for my order number even though I had advised I didn't have one. Grrrr! Never again will I deal with this company

got scammed for not getting no package or not money back

Placed an order and after a week an email said it would arrive in another 2-4 weeks. Well, after that time frame passed, I got an email saying sorry for the delay. I inquired how much longer... and I get it could be another 3 weeks. Tracking is useless! I will never order anything from them again.

OMG I wished id read the reviews the disgraceful service is the worst ive ever received.. took my money and never sent the bracelet,,,this is so bad they need shutting down I want my money back WHAT CAN WE DO? im so upset

This is a terrible company! I bought a bracelet that won't lock, one side is too big and won't snap close. I've tried to get a return label to return this bracelet but they ignore my emails. Don't ever buy anything from this company!

I ordered the “giant human balloon” product on this website. It was nothing like the pictures. the pictures showed people inside playing around and having fun. When the product came it read, “decoration balloon” and definitely did not fit even a smaller child inside! It was terrible quality and they definitely lied about how the product worked. Do not buy from this site, I believe they are trying to scam people. They also had it “on sale” for $20 each and then say in the return policy that they cannot refund sale items.

Save your money, The items you will eventually receive are not items on website they are cheap poor quality chinese tat.
Try getting your money back is nearly impossible, but I won't give up.

Do not ever order from them. Ever. Not only will you never receive your order, the so-called customer service department will project their issues on to you as if it is your problem. They make up excuses and lies about the shipping time frame. They make presumptions about your phone device and that's why your not understanding the shipping terms and conditions. I had to copy and paste their lors back to them. I am in the customer service industry and this is not customer service. They had the nerve to offer me a discount on my next order, as if I would ever order from these scam artists ever again. They are still refusing to cancel my order, so now I have to dispute it with my creditor.

FRAUD. I had an order placed in my name and to be shipped to an address that is not even in the same state I live in. I asked them to cancel the fraudulent order and they would not. They then waited another six days to respond again and said the order had already processed and it was too late to cancel. Then 4 days after that they sent me notice that it was shipping soon. so.. 1) fraudulent order 2) refused to cancel it 3) lied about it shipping before it shipped
