I believe it's a scam. I ordered it, but there's no confirmation about where to send it. I called them, gave them my order number and they told me that they would dispatch it next day , but it never came.Need report this and protected other this scam people. BECAREFULL

This company is an absolute disgrace I don’t know how people get away with this honestly it makes me so angry. I ordered 3 weeks ago a hamper worth £80 for one of my customers and here we are still waiting! Week went by I sent an email and messaged on their chat on their site no reply. No contact information available, 3 weeks on and here we are still waiting. Please avoid this company at all costs absolutely disgraceful I will be contacting company’s house and whoever else to get this closed down as they are grabbing peoples money 🤬🤬

Awful customer service

Awful. Don't waste money. Purchased, emailed to request a cancellation. No answer. Chat online is not answered. Tiktok messages are READ and not responded to. £30 of children's money down the drain. Please avoid at all costs. I've raised it with my bank and trading standards. Ps no items received

Ordered the cherry freeze prime on pre…

Ordered the cherry freeze prime on pre order recieved it and all the bottle was dinted I emailed them literally after recieving it and also did contact through the website still no reply to this day. Avoid this company unless you want to be ripped off. My little boy has autism and collecting prime bottles and was so upset with the dint and they have never got back to me so well done to your shop. Thanks so much.

Ordered nearly a week ago and still not…

Ordered nearly a week ago and still not sent them. They provided a tracking number that just says waiting for the parcel. Website says next day delivery if ordered before 2pm this is absolute lies. Tried messaging no response at all. Now had to file a PayPal claim.

AVOID THIS COMPANY

Order was placed over a month ago and then cancelled by the seller and like the other reviews below, no refund!! I’ve opened a case with PayPal now and am looking into consumer law and how I go about taking this further. This company should NOT be allowed to treat people like this.

A disappointment

I ordered a prime(pre-order) from the website and took them 2 weeks to get back to me just to tell me that there was not enough in stock and cancelled my order. They claim they will refund within 14 business days and I have been waiting for like a month now. I emailed over 3 times and they kept telling me the same thing, “within 14 business days” I’ve definitely been scammed and will not recommend this store to anyone.

Cancelled my order and kept hold of my money

Ordered a bottle of prime for my son. It was in stock at the time I ordered but a week later they cancelled the order and said they would issue a refund within 14 business days. Well it’s been 4 weeks since I placed the original order and so still haven’t received my money back. Not trustworthy - wouldn’t recommend at all.

Terrible experience

Terrible experience ordered before Christmas and despite receiving an email saying order dispatched still haven’t received. Also have not received a reply to my emails, so I am very unhappy with the customer service. My 11 year old son spent £50 of money he had saved and is so disappointed not only to have still not received the order but also to not have an explanation. I have read response below saying emails are not being ignored and it is overwhelming in which case something needs to be done to deal with that as whatever way you look at it emails ARE being ignored! How you expect to grow your business without investing in staff to provide customer service in line with this growth is beyond me.
