Had an amazing experience at Abis salon. I received both hair and nails service. Gabby hairstylist was super friendly and professional, always checked if I was happy and if I needed any refreshments. Also gave me good feedback on the condition of my hair and was really easy to speak to about my personal experiences. Sheila was also very accommodating, provided great knowledge of my nail health and helped me make a decision on what to do going forward. Working in 36 degrees. staff were friendly.

Cassey is amazing and a very talented lady, always happy with my nails and brows, Cassey always gives 💯 would always recommend 👌

I am collaborating with treatwell in Greece ! I don’t know if it’s the Greek department that has the issues or it’s like that everywhere! Terrible system , clueless really low iq staff and ironic really unhelpful responses. You can’t reach them you can’t communicate and when you ask for communication the reach out to you weeks later .. the system is charging me with new client fees even though they already exist in my catalog . They have done so many wrongs and never take responsibility always blame me for their mistakes and never apologise. Never again !

Highly recommend! The team were so friendly and professional, and the whole experience was quick and comfortable. I had a vitamin D injection and found it much more effective for me than taking tablets. I’m really pleased with the results and will definitely be coming back. Thank you! 😊

When the AI chatbot fails you will get to chat with a person ... but my experience was that they denied a charge had been made to my account on the day we were 'chatting'. Despite it being shown as pending on my card account, in fact I sent the info across to them. DENIAL. Appreciate a refund takes a few days (I cancelled a September booking when I realised they had taken payment in June), but didn't expect a charge instead. Guess what - pending charge was re-called so there is no charge today. Computer says no = no apology needed. Now I just need the refund .....

Literally impossible to get in touch with anyone. Still waiting for a refund for a booking on a nail salon that takes cash only, had to pay twice.

They took my deposit, the salon was closed and have saying they did not receive my booking or deposit. Treatwell have ignored all my emails and requests for a refund

Best nail salon for BIAB and nail art in Amsterdam. Salon is beautiful and welcoming, staff are incredibly talented and your nails will be flawless and best of all - they last.

It was my first Thai massage, so I went in without any expectations and simply wanted to enjoy the experience. I’m so glad I did, it was absolutely wonderful. The massage was incredibly relaxing while also working deep into the muscles and tissue. With every movement, I could feel tension, stress, and pain melting away.

The overall experience was exceptional. The staff were warm and attentive, offering me water afterward and encouraging me to take a moment to rest before leaving, which was such a thoughtful touch. I left feeling refreshed, relaxed, and completely rejuvenated. I would definitely recommend this place and look forward to coming back.
