Ordered several times over the last 8 years, items bought were of very good quality. The website is easy to use and staff are very helpful if you need to contact them. I never complete reviews but can’t fault this company.

Ordered some table tops from the website and payment was all taken. Only when I chased them asking what was going on with my order as I'd heard nothing after I placed the order, was I then told they weren't in stock and they had no idea when they were going to be coming in!
Now a waiting game to see how long it takes to get my money back so I can look else where for some

We do make it a priority to contact all online orders the following day and provide delivery timelines. As your order was only placed the day before, we were due to call you that morning, but you understandably reached out to us first.
We generally hold the majority of our items in stock for fast delivery, so I’m very sorry that this wasn’t the case with the table tops you selected.

Missing fixings
Ordered a cast iron dark oak topped table. No issue with the iron work however I was not impressed with the underside of the table top as it had two holes drilled near the table edge and 3 deep parallel lines routered on the underside. In addition the fixings were missing 2 screws.
I bought some excellent quality dining chairs, decent showroom to look round and helpful staff. Price was spot on too, I picked them up myself as i was in the area, but the delivery charge was reasonable too. Definitely recommended
