Bad quality and customer service
First time a stone come out from my eternity ring was less than 30 days since I received it. It took TriJewels 6 MONTH to repair it and send it back to me. I wore it about 10 times in next 3.5 years and it happened again. Company refused to take any responsibility for embarrassing quality of their product and only offered to ship and repair my ring at my expense. Manager/owner Vijay never even bothered to return my call as was promised by his stuff. I highly advise not to deal with that company.

Sorry you feel this way, lets break it down the whole order,
you ordered this ring you are talking about in June 2020, after wearing it a stone fell and we repaired it free of cost and in five working days (Not 6 months, No body waits for repair that long) and you used and abused the ring it till June 2024, for 4 years with no issue, now when stone fell again, you want the ring to be repaired free of cost, i wish i could afford to do it, we have sold and shipped close to 40K plus jewelry pcs till date, we have clear warranty policy and it has worked out for all our customers till date, read it here : https://www.trijewels.com/Pages/Warranty (Please read)
please get your jewelry checked with us at least every six months and it will last forever, but pls don't abuse it and then expect us to repair it for free.
anyways as i said in all my emails pls send it back we will fix it for a nominal cost like anything else one uses in life, one has to pay to get it serviced just like our car or house or appliances etc

I wanted a ring that would celebrate a recent success and become an heirloom for my family. Vijay was fantastic to work with in helping with the purchase and everything - including patiently answering several of my questions about settings and the price. I saw the ring go on sale with the Valentine’s code so I placed an order last week. I was able to easily pick the exact stones and metal that I wanted in the setting. Immediately after ordering, they reached out to confirm my ring size before they made my ring. The insured package arrived earlier than expected, even with overnight shipping. I absolutely love it! It’s stunning! Even better than the photos on the website. I will be purchasing from Vijay again!

Earring doesn't close.
One of the earrings clasps simply doesn't clasp. Very embarrassing to give an essentially defective ( and very expensive) gift to a loved one. I guess it's my fault for buying online, but now I have to go pay a local jeweler to fix it. Very disappointing. They need to QC better.
