We are based out of New York City, have our own manufacturing unit, hand pick our own gemstones and offer more than 15,000 styles. In a short amount of time, we have grown our presence all over the world selling to more than 25000 customers. This ring is absolutely beautiful! The craftsmanship is amazing. I cannot find one flaw with this ring. The diamonds are bright and clear and the London blue topaz is remarkable. The ring also had substantial weight to it. It was delivered quickly. I give Tri-Jewelers a 10. I will buy from the again!

Bad shipping experience
In response to TriJewel's reply: I have NOT received the item. The delivery method THEY chose has tracking that says it's been delivered to a 3rd party agent for "final delivery to recipient." I don't know yet if I will keep the item since I still do not have it. I saw no option to select the delivery carrier at any point in time. The status updates on their website were not correct. Eg it said the item would be delivered to me on Nov 29 and on Dec 1 it had not even shipped yet. I'm very dissatisfied with this experience and the response below is very dismissive. I would not do business with them again, especially given the cost of the item.
Haven't received product because TriJewel's shipping method is a disaster. I ordered more than two weeks ago, and online tracking said it would be delivered after about 3 business days. Those days came and went without an update on status.
When the item finally shipped more than a week later than expected, it was shipped via USPS (with no other carrier options) with a signature required. My local USPS is a hot mess and I avoid them at all costs. I would have paid extra to use literally ANY other carrier, especially if a signature is required bc our mailperson will make absolutely no attempt to deliver and will actually hang on to our packages for days due to his laziness.
Obviously, not all of this is on TriJewel but still just 2 stars because of the lengthy processing time without status updates, and lack of shipping options. It's not customer-centric at all.

Hi, glad you got the necklace and loved it enough to keep it , they are hand set, custom made to your choice of metal and gemstones , we did deliver before the promised time in case you could not wait always let us know we would have worked with you, anyways next order do see the dates you are expecting so one is does nit get frustrated and express so much anger on the supplier, specially after liking the product and keeping it.
We did ship it free ground wanted it faster, we offer paid faster options go for that.

I picked out the diamond I wanted and a band that was close to the correct fitting, but not quite. Once I placed my order, I immediately recieved a call from Vijay. He was very happy and excited to help me out and reassured me that he would make a ring to fit the diamond. The ring was shipped in the time frame I was quoted and arrived sooner than estimated date. Amazing customer service and prompt delivery, I will be using Vijay and TriJewels for all my jewelry needs in the future. 5 plus stars!
