The purpose of reviews and trustpilot is help potential new customers to make a decision by explaining how is the quality, the shipping process and a return process if applys.
For you, after replying more than 20 emails from you, to say "is just shit" its crazy and as useless opinion as it can be.
In your case, you just been one of the worst customers we had in 7 years. We processed your exchange and all you do is use our customer service as a whatsapp, sending 10 emails a day with one sentence per email.
Truth be said, we wont be sad if you dony ever buy again.

I have ordered multiple times from them and they never failed to deliver. Unmatched quality and of course i like their design and style. Whenever there was a problem with my order they answered quickly. I mean they are human, they make errors but it's only when u learn from your mistakes you can change the game!

I have ordered multiple times from Trikko over a year now and I love and live in these clothes. My order never took more than a week to ship to Germany. The quality of the T-shirts and hoddies and pants are all amazing and I love that I am one of a very few people with these fits. Even gifted my brothers a Trikko set and shirt and they really like it an wear it too all the time. Support to my Moroccan brothers Moad and Ibrahim hustling. I much rather support them than any fast fashion brand out there selling poor quality every second person is wearing.

one of my best discoverings this last year. ordered two tracksuits, came within 3 days. Quality price unmatched. had to change the size of one of the tracksuits , and everything was smooth. top marketing, great customer service. definitely recommending!

Second review. First review I talked about my bad experience with the quality and with the size of the products. Like as the founder of trikko you can’t make a size m fit like a s and expect that the customers be happy with that result. Everything fits trash and that for almost 150€?? I’m from Germany and ordered extra from trikko instead of from 6pm or peso because I thought it would turn better. But they couldn’t convince me yet. I got a reply on my last review, where they told me that I can return the products. I wrote them an email and didn’t get a reply yet. Never ordering again. Don’t know what to expect

Wondering, why you bought a second time if your first review was saying that the quality was trash? Same quality that has a 94% recurrency rate on customers that buy for the first time. People lie, data dont.

I am already waiting for 3 and 4 months on a delivery. According to European Law I can get a refund, but they keep refusing and they even blocked me on discord for adressing this issue. I will do everything to get my money back. It is in my blood. I am Moroccan. I hate people who try to scam other people. If you are a true Muslim you will refund the money.

1. You did your first order on black friday. Delivered 5 days later in peak season.
2. December, next order, 4 items, all of them delivered in time.
At this point i never seen a 5 star review from your side. And you You are talking about scam and religion?
Lets continue:
3. December , third order from you. Loyal customer. It was shipped on time and you received the tracking number. You didnt pick up the order in two weeks, you only went once it has been returned to us, charging us UPS a return cost.
4. Last order, you said to cancel it and refund you because you need the money for some personal reasons i wont share here.
At this point, we expect from you a positive review to compensate what you said here, if you are a fair and religious man.
