My verification went forward relatively straightforwardly, then I had an additional question re adding a third-party pension but before I could confirm that the personal information I was asked to send had been received the agent disconnected the call leaving me in limbo

Long wait to speak to anyone
When you eventually get through the people are helpful and friendly, but it is a very long wait on the phone to speak to anyone. This was as a result of the QR code on the web site not working (as confirmed by the person on the telephone when I eventually got through).
