Same issue as others

Same issue as others. It has been now 3 weeks since my order, still nothing. I have contacted them multiple times and been ignored on every occasion.

A little update, so other people know how bad it is. Now we are approaching week 6, still nothing, no responses to any further email of mine.
Do not order from this place as at this point they are useless at best, but more like scammers as it stands seeing that I have paid for something which I have never received.

Absolute joke of a company

Absolute joke of a company. Just like everyone else I have neither received my order nor a response to my emails asking for an update. I have just raised a chargeback request with my bank.
Avoid at all costs!

Still waiting for my order / awful customer service

Placed an order 3 weeks ago and I am still waiting for delivery, despite the delivery time being advertised as one week. No replies or acknowledgments of any of my emails simply asking for an update on when I will receive my order. I have now asked for a refund but again, no reply. Terrible customer service - I really regret ordering with them.

Appalling

The website claims a week to deliver from stock items, and from that I infer that a slightly longer leadtime for anything else, bearing in mind Amazon will make to order and deliver within 48 hrs.
When I enquired about delivery I received and automated response telling me to look at the webpage.
Whan I managed to send an email I had no response. Three emails sent no reply.
My final email was to advise that I believe this company to be fraudulent and if I hear nothing by the end of the next day I would report them to the bank and other financial institutions as a scam business.
Needless to say I have had no reply and I have duly reported them, and asked the bank to recover my money

Appalling customer service

The tag and treat tin took over 3 weeks to arrive. They did state on their website that there could be a delay, but what annoys me the most is their ignorance when I chased three times by email and they didn’t respond once. Absolutely wouldn’t recommend this company. Such arrogance!

Appalling service

Like many others on here - no communication, tags have not arrived despite being told they should have been with me within 1-2 working days after despatch. It's been nearly a week and they have still not arrived. I have had no responses to my emails. I ordered them on the 27th July. I am starting to think this is a scam company and the dog tags will never arrive...

AVOID THIS COMPANY

This company are a joke, ordered on the 26th July, said it had been dispatched over a week ago, Royal Mail tracking still says they’ve not received it. I’ve actually bought a different one which arrived within 2 days as we picked up our puppy 9 days ago, what a shambles.

Same experience as everyone else. Ordered on the 25th July, website said it would be dispatched within a week. I received an email saying the tag had been dispatched on Saturday but it still not delivered. Tracking says Royal Mail are still waiting to receive the item, wish I had read reviews before buying.

DO NOT USE....like others...wish id…

DO NOT USE....like others...wish id checked here first...awful company ...didnt receive order...no response to emails.... upon raising a dispute with my bank..they suddenly contacted me..with a threatening email to close dispute.....and laughable claim to have fulfilled 15000 orders since 2021 and never not delivered ....really...apart from the hundreds of dissatisfied customers on here and im sure plenty more! Awful customer service and awful company....avoid at all costs ..would give 0 stars if could

Just to clarify for accuracy..a chargeback was raised as products not received and no response to emails (I contacted you, as did other customers) as a genuine concern, especially after checking other reviews on trust pilot. I would never knowingly do something against proceedure/policy and misuse a process; I genuinely raised it as felt I had been victim to a scam website on social media and I did find your tone and email to be threatening.

If nothing else im pleased that by highlighting these awful reviews in my email to you, I can see that you have now responded to many dissatisfied customers today.

We’d like to clarify a few points for accuracy.

At no point did we threaten you. You raised a chargeback with your bank without contacting us first to request a refund, stating that the products you received were unsatisfactory. This was simply incorrect and a misuse use of the chargeback system.

As per every chargeback, we must and will respond to your bank and the matter then has to be resolved formally - either through your bank’s arbitration process or escalated to the Financial Ombudsman Service. This is standard procedure and not a threat — simply the correct way such cases are handled.

Too many chargebacks for a customer can lead to their account being closed and result in administration fees if the bank rules against them, so it’s something worth considering for the future. Chargebacks should not be used casually to bypass normal customer service processes, as they can be very damaging for both customers and businesses.

Since we spoke, you have contacted your bank and resolved the matter.

Regarding your comments about our reviews — the majority of our customers are satisfied with our service. We have successfully delivered over 16,000 orders over since 2020 - this is simply a fact. If you sort by “Most Recent” reviews or look at the overall breakdown, you’ll see that most of our reviews are indeed positive.

We have already been in contact with you and resolved the matter, and we hope this clears up any misunderstanding.

Dispatch dates are a fantasy

When I pre-ordered a tag on 26th July the product details said reordered items would be sent at the end of July. Email acknowledgement of the order referred me back to item details for dispatch so no extra information. Anyway today is 7th August and the item details still say preordered items will be sent at the end of July. Interestingly the price has increased fro £14.99 to£19.99. Are people who paid more getting their items faster. Utterly shambles

Ordered two dog tags on 11th July, website said running week behind. It's now 7th Aug, still no reply to my email requesting update and still no tags.
Very poor service and no communication.

Wish I’d read these before I ordered

Wish I’d read these before I ordered! They’ve had my money for two weeks now and no response from emails. The confirmation said there was high demand but 2 weeks is unacceptable and now I’m out of pocket.

Despite comment below my order is still not with Royal Mail 5 days after I received dispatch notification and still no reply to emails. Not happy!

Same as everyone on here, ordered - took ages then complained by email and it was miraculously shipped the next day - tracking still shows they have not handed to royal mail but simply processed a label there end
