The same for me

The same for me, ordered on 1st of July and received an email on 16th that has been dispatched. To date, no tag, no reply to any of my emails or instagram messages. Definitely do not recommend!

Terrible company

Terrible company, ordered x2 dog tags on 7th July and was informed they would be dispatched in a week. Its now 31st July and I still haven't heard anything.
I sent an email but have not had a reply.
At this point I would just like a refund as I need to get some tags sorted before my holiday as they have my parents details on when they are looking after my dogs.
Don't waste your money with this company.

Awful service and such a shame as such a good idea and thought they looked like great tags. Will give them a few more days and then will claim back on credit card.

Item not sent, no customer service.

Ordered a dog tag on 5th July as was promised a quick turnaround. It is now the 29th July and I’ve yet to receive my order, leaving my dog without a tag for almost a month. The tracking number they have provided states it hasn’t even been received my Royal Mail yet. Their customer service is non existent - I have emailed twice to follow up and have received zero response. Do not use this company they are an utter shambles.

Unfortunately the same issue as a lot…

Unfortunately the same issue as a lot of other reviews. Received an email from Royal Mail saying awaiting item to be dispatched. After 6 weeks no delivery. One response to my email promising dispatch but since then no communication.
Really this is just theft.
Very poor. DO NOT USE.

Goods not received, no answer to email…

I placed an order on 29th June for two tags for a new puppy that I was picking up 3 weeks later, plenty of time I thought, allowing for the fact that they tell you they're processing lots of orders so may take longer than usual.
I've received a mail to say items were dispatched on 16th July, still not received, no tracking info as Royal Mail are still waiting for item.
Emails sent and NO RESPONSE as yet!!!
I'm sick of companies taking your hard earned money and not delivering.
I have had to get a tag from elsewhere as I now have my puppy!!!
Wish I'd looked at these reviews before, but website looked okay to me.

DO NOT USE

DO NOT USE! This company takes your money, promising fast delivery, then does nothing. No order, no response, no refund. Have tried contacting via email and Facebook but continue to ignore. I have reached out to them to have respect about taking people's hard earned money, but again no response. I hope they find some ethics, as I don't have much money, and have been left out of pocket and without my tags that are a requirement for my dogs.

Do not purchase from this website

I placed an order on 6th July and I am still waiting for my delivery. I received an email to say the order was on its way on 16th July but Royal Mail is still expecting it. As other reviewers have said, I would not purchase from this website. The product itself is good but there are other websites and stores that do exactly the same.

Do not purchase

Items in stock. Order placed. 1 week despatch. 3 weeks later. No dog tags. Royal Mail tracking info not legit. After reading the reviews I shall raise a dispute with my Credit Card. No response to emails sent.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I ordered 3 tags in June and they arrived promptly. The quality of the tags is the best I’ve seen - the engraving is very high quality and deep, seems like they will never fade. They were very nicely packaged and came with a surprise gift. 5 stars for product and quality.

I so wish I had seen these reviews…

Updated to add: just after I raised a dispute with the bank the tracking magically updated and received the tags today. They are cute however should be at the price. Now have tags paid for that likely won't be used as ordered alternatives that arrived promptly with great service.
When you pay for something with good intentions as a company if you are having issues at least let the paying customer know. Judging by the influx of reviews like mine my issue is not a one off so I would urge, unless you want to have to fight for your purchase do not bother with this company.

I so wish I had seen these reviews before ordering!
Ordered X2 grey tags that stated they were in stock 27th June with dispatch advised of around a week. This was fine.
Now at 12th of July with an update from Shop on the 8th saying royal mail are expecting the parcel. It's now Saturday with no tracking. Nothing from the company advising of delays and unsure if these will even be sent out.
Have had to order alternatives and will have to go to the bank to claim back.
Such a shame as I've been looking forward to getting these

Awesome tags ❤️

Awesome tags! Love them! Order came within a week as advertised - I see some people are unhappy with the speed but I found all their delivery estimates were very clear on their website!! They are clearly a small business taking care of everything they produce - not Amazon!! Would definitely recommend ⭐️

Super pleased with the quality

Super pleased with the quality. The tags popped up on social media… normally I don’t buy from ads they looked really smart. Wasn’t disappointed at all! Delivery was very slightly delayed - took just over a week so have given 4 stars but otherwise I’m a very happy customer

Brilliant and high quality tags

Brilliant and high quality tags. I’ve owned dogs all my life and always found metal tags somewhat annoying - they either get all rusty or fade / scratch. These tags arrived this week and can already tell they will last a long time!
