I order 20 days ago a leather jacket and i am still waiting. i wrote to the help center for informations about my order several times and they din't reply. NEVER AGAIN.

Ordered a scarf and a hat from their outlet website. Paid 64.8 euro with Visa. They send me only a scarf as all hats were sold out, and I received a new receipt for a sum of 41.6 euro. Ok, asked when they will return me the difference of ~22 euro. They told me the payment was a pre-authorization and the money will be returned in 4-5 work days. Well, it has been a month now, and I haven't received back anything. It's a small sum, but I'm just shocked that it's so hard for them to return me TWENTY EUROS for the item that they didn't ship me. Absolutely terrible experience. Will never ever buy anything from them again.

been trying to return some items for almost two weeks now. Customer Care is very slow to respond and in e-Mail only. No delivery service has contacted me. Nobody has called me. I have not been given a return slip and my return status has been in "return approval pending" now for almost two weeks. They still owe me over 700€ and the whole process seems like a scam right now.

I am happy with this brand, i have couple of shoes and bags, all are with me for couple of years and still looks good :))

Something like that is really ouf of the question for real person who is interested in very very quality product there. I plan to buy my next parfum exactly from them anyway. I do not see any negative feedback and that's really it. I plan to use them a lot.
