Bad experience.
I was very happy to find a brand that has lovely fitting jeans for my hourglass figure. I ordered 3 jeans online. I kept one and wanted to return the other 2. BUT, the whole return process was quite puzzling for me. They advertise online it's easy..well..it's not. I had to send several mails to ask what steps I had to make in the return proces, because after every step it took awhile to get a confirmation..or I got silence and had to figure out where I could make an appointment to pick up the parcel, or where to drop it off. It felt almost like they try to demotivate you to send back your order. Then..getting my refund back was also a hassle. I got a return confirmation and than again..silence. For weeks. I reached out again by mail and they told me they were going to refund me within 5 working days and if not, I had to reach out to Paypal. And again..no refund. I had to reach out to paypal, made screenshots of all the evidence and finally, after almost 2 months, I got my refund. I never had the experience with online shops (even smaller brands) that I had so much hassle to return goods and get my money back. I'm not fond of writing a negative review, but this experience was bad. My advise to the company: Communicate more clear about the whole return process. Even the small document in the package was almost unreadable because of the unsharp mini letters. Communicate if someone starts the return proces, you can do this 24 HOURS AFTER delivery. Provide a LINK where people can make an appointment with the carrier instead of let people guess what's the next step. Or communicate that they can drop the parcel off at a drop off point.
And..Pay your customers back! Instead of the hassle to provide all documents and screens shots as proof to get your money back through Paypal. You lost a customer who really was happy to find you as a brand, but was left with a bitter taste. Never again!
