The worst experience

The worst experience. I returned a product on the 23rd of January 2026 and I have not received my refuntd yet.
I've been writing to them for 2 weeks and nobody gives me an answer. Do not buy anything, it is the worst company.

Sizing is inconsistent, quality has declined, and I received the wrong item

My size has remained the same over the past four years, and as of last summer, clothing in my usual size now fits smaller. I received a tank top with one arm hole significantly larger than the other. I washed a shirt following the manufacturer's instructions, and it shrank two sizes. Now, it's too late to return! Finally, I ordered a sweater but received a shirt instead. I used to love Oltre because they made larger sizes in more fashionable styles, but it's no longer worth the trouble.

return issues

I was not able to create a return in the system and I was only able to contact them per email. No phone number available on their website. I am still waiting for someone to get back to me.
And the return deadline is in 14 days....

Not very happy so far.
