Trustify 

From my first contact with Trustify to the investigator to the end, I found the team to be compassionate, caring, with a genuine interest in helping me with my issue. I would use them again and recommend them without reservation.

Trustify helped me in a pinch. The private investigator was responsive, and got everything I needed. I would definitely use them again

I didn't get the information I needed, not even close. When I first called, the lady took down my request and she sounded so sure one of the PIs will be able to get what I needed. It was not a pleasant experience. So, don't waste your money.

I hired Trustify to find out info on a person and i let them know that i already had their court records-super easy to find online. And i asked that they would get me more details. I got the same info I already had.

I wish I could’ve just gotten my money back!

Our investigation was messed up from the start, and it was not the investigator!! It was the company not allowing him to come to set up for the 6:00 exchange. Still waiting to hear from Cole about the money that I paid!! Our hearing was 3 days later and had no time to do over. This decision now we have to live with because of this company's inability to schedule this right!!

The process of assistance when need was communicated promptly. Expectations were provided as needed. Service was explained clearly and ask if additional assistance needed each time of contact.

It has been more than a month since the work was done. No report has been received. The purpose of the service was not fullfilled, they have been paid before their service. This is scandalous.

I have been working to locate my birth father for the last five years. This process has involved doing my own research and also hiring a previous private investigator prior to trying Trustify. All of those results yielded no definitive answers.

I decided to try Trustify because I felt that a bigger company would have deeper resources and would provide better results. Hiring Trustify took me a long time because I read the reviews and was given pause but ultimately decided to give it a try because I thought that the bigger company could solve my locate. My problem was the cost combined with the specter of inconclusive results.

Trustify assigned an investigator to me who was responsive and courteous. I had a phone call with him in which I gave as many details as I could recall. At the end of the call I committed to sending him all of the information that I had already collected on my own. That evening my wife packaged up all of the information that we had found plus the reports that we had gotten from the previous private investigator we had hired.

The next day we got our report from the Trustify investigator and were dismayed to find that there were no results. In fact it seemed like most of the report was a reflection of what the previous investigator had already given. Additionally the work that was done independently was so narrowly focused that it is not surprising that the locate was not a success. He focused almost exclusively on people in Idaho despite us indicating that we had no reason to believe this man still lived there in fact we shared with him that we believed he had spent some time living in Arizona after leaving Idaho.

The investigator used the entire allotted amount of time focusing completely on the state of Idaho. He noted several times in the report that he had done an additional two hours of research without my authorization. I feel like this makes it impossible for me to go back to him and ask for a wider search without a high additional cost.

Long story short, I paid for 5 hours and did not obtain any additional information from what I could find in public records through my own research and through the earlier private investigator.
