Worst customer experience, and the so called "private investigator" had not a clue as to what he was he doing and didn't follow any orders he was given as to when and where to surveillance.

A case that was closed after 1 1/2 years by the state due to inability to locate person was reopened due to Anthony and ATP investigations locating the person within a day. Excellent response and personal involvement.

The investigator who was assigned to me was quick, thorough, knowledgeable and friendly. Well worth the money. Highly recommend!

I didn't get the evidence that I needed & the constant stumping is still on going.

Trustify through Andre' had charged $1430.00 up front. Radius was hired through Trustify to find out who was repeatedly hacking cell phone. Radius REFUSES to send the information. Radius states Trustify hired them so talk to Trustify. Trustify REFUSES to hand over the information AND has charged me for the information they REFUSE to hand over. This is FRAUD. Keeping the money for a job they have not done OR have done and will not give the results to me is FRAUD!!!! I have the documentation and will back this statement. Sarah Chermak

The PI was a little slow... more than a week to find one asset after I gave them ALL of her personal information. Then, I had to pay extra $75 database fees but I still had 1 1/2 hours out of the 4 hours I paid for. Trustify refused to refund the remaining money for money they didn't earn. I know they didnt have to bit it would've been good business. I wouldn't use them again. The lag time allowed the tenant to transfer her assets before I could put a lien on them and they kept money that they didnt provide services for. The database base fee was bogus because I went on the county page and found out that it was public information. No fees required. The Trustify PI got over on me. It is MY fault but I trusted them to tell the truth. I should know better.

I actually thought I would have a sit down with my investigator. Wesley you intake person's exact words were that you had plenty of investigators in DeSota Texas. If that were true why was I assigned one out of SanAntonio who requested an additional $25 to run one daya base. I happen to k ow there are several patrick chinaka umelos in the Dallas area. I have no proof the man came to DeSota (I live in Garland), no pictures, no videos. HE says cars in fron and back like it was a house then later in his report calls it an apartment. Basically did not do surveillance as requested. A hour or two here and there so he says. I originally asked this guy to come to court on April 25th if he wanted to see Patrick Umelo in the flesh but he was not open to it. I strongly believe my whole case was a sham. The report I got could have been done by a 12 year old. Almost $1500 And had I agreed to keep this charad up I would have been out of thousands.dollars wasted. If this is what you call professioal surveillance them you need to be shut down. I found myself having to tell Nathan the same information I already told the intake guy Wesley. Everything done on some sort of weird web site. This is not the way serious business is done. Said he found various addressses for Patrick C. Umelo. Wheres the proof. Not one picture, nothing.if you came to Dallas County Nathan why is it we could nerver meet. Just got to roll over and take Trustify's word that a 16 surveillance was done. Terrible! Would never refer you people to anyone and feel justified in asking for my money back.

Great Job, I would recommend this company to anyone that wants the truth about themselves or anybody else.

Excellent company, they do what they say there going to do. With my experience my investigator was very fast and found out the truth within a few days.

I utilized Trustify to investigate catfishing activity on Facebook. The investigator was professional and thorough. The investigation was completed in a timely manner. in fact the service was expert. I have no reservations in recommending Trustify and would not hesitate to utilize Trustify if needed in the future.

On a friend's recommendation that I needed to hire a private investigator, I began to do some research on the subject, as this was uncharted waters to me. A local PI was discouraging, inexperienced, and expensive. My secod call was to Trustify, and frankly I was uncomfortable about working with someone I couldn't sit down face to face with, in person. The website was daunting to me, but eventually I was connected to an investigator and from that point all went well.

The investigator was the opposite of my local contact, encouraging, experienced, and reasonably priced.He gave me a list of exactly what he needed, all of which I had available, and in a short time, less than a week he had the answer I needed. Unfortunately, it was not the answer I had hoped for, but it was vital that I had the truth. Trustify saved me a great deal in many, many ways, and taught me a lesson that I shall never forget. Thank you for being competent, quick, and honest.

So, to be honest:
1. The investigator spoke too fast, the microphone was not good.
2. He got the name of the person of interest with difficulties, still misspell it.
3. The chat with him was good.
4. The problem was that the real activity log was not the same, as indicated in the report. In fact, I am not sure when he did the calls and how long he spoke with the person of interest.
5. He used a very confusing language, as for example "revealed information that prohibits my release of her contact..." I asked him a direct question multiple times and still did not get the answer what that information was.
6. Case manager was helpful, but even he could not get the answer from the investigator.
7. I would prefer to have more transparency

After the report was done, I was not asking about the information, which I originally requested and which cannot be released for safety, legal, or ethics reasons. I asked about the information that prevents its release for investigator. I just wanted to know if the person of interest blocked it somehow that does not allow the access.

I was very lucky to be connected with a great investigator. That’s not always the case. Launching an investigation is always stressful. Trustify was was great. They helped me get the answers I was looking for. I would definitely use them again. The staff is caring and helpful in every way.

Meh. Investigator was nice enough, but I was actually looking for someone to do some investigative in person work. I wasn't given this option. Investigator didn't find out anything I didn't know, which is great. However, there was extra time left over. I should have been reimbursed for that. Overall, definitely not the affordable private investigative service they claim to be.

Was a great experience. Staff very friendly and communication was open and prompt.
