This 5 star rating is predicated upon the outstanding job performed by the 2nd agent (Billy Crawford) assigned to my case. The first agent (Greg Choate) had it for ~10 days, produced no information I had not already given him and when he was unable to come up with anything, began to accuse me of shady motives.

My experience with Derek was wonderful from the start. The time and effort he put in surpassed my expectations. I was impressed by his genuineness and honesty. He persevered as it was needed. Thank you again-KM

I was very satisfied with the services offered

I came into this experience very determined to find my father, but I also wasn't sure that it would be possible to find my father that I had never met, with only a first name, a nickname, the name of the city that my mother met him in (InglewoodCa) , & one photo that was taken 24 years ago. Trustify linked me up with a PI by the name of (Melanie Daria) & I couldn't be more thankful & blessed to have had Melanie be the one to help me find my father. From the moment Melanie took on my case I felt comfortable with her & confident that she wouldn't let me down. After just a couple of weeks of looking for my father she was able to come across an old article in the East Bay Times that was written about a man from (Oakland,CA) who had been robbed & murdered 11 years ago. After some more investigating Melanie was able to find & get ahold of family members who were related to the man from the article. After speaking with his family members they were able to confirm that he had been living in (Inglewood,CA) in 1992, the year of the Rodney King Riot, which was around the the same time he had relations with my mother in (Inglewood, CA) , & also the same year that I was born. My mother believed that this man was from (Inglewood, CA) where she had met him & briefly spent time with him, she had no idea he would turn out to be from (Oakland, CA) . So for Melanie to have been able to find him in a completely different city is absolutely amazing!!!!!!! After waiting months & months for DNA tests between myself & a couple of his family members to come in, it was finally confirmed that I am related to this family & that he was in fact my biological father. Although I will never get to meet my father, I am so very blessed that Melanie was able to find & connect me with my family that I had always wondered about. That once big empty space in my heart will never completely be filled because I wasn't able to meet & know my father💔 ,but a part has now been filled now that I know where I come from.

I did not have the most satisfactory experience. I have paid $2000 for a 15 hr PI service.
What I got was just a 15sec video of my husband with another woman whose face was not visible.
I also got information on where my husband was hiding but no documentation confirmation that the property belongs to him.
I was also promised the information on the owner of the car of the "other woman" and did not get anything. Only 9 hrs of the money I paid was used and I had to constantly follow up with the PI on information on "what is happening", "what have you captured as evidence"..can you share what you have captured etc. over all not 100% Satisfied for the money I paid. I know my husband is cheating on me and the only video clip I have is not something that my divorce lawyers were excited about.

The information I got was not very much more than I was able to get myself by going online, through the many websites set up for the very purpose of finding someone or checking their background - and not all of it was correct, such a Florida 'phone number which was given as 100% correct as of now, when I actually sold that house about six years ago, and did not keep that landline number!! However it was very neatly presented and was accomplished quite quickly.

Experienced, honest, efficient, & very concerned and helpful. I would highly recommend this company based on my experience.

Your service did not do what I needed it to do. I needed your service to find out where my former tenant works. I was able to find out where she was staying long enough to get her to be "served" by the court, but I will never be able to collect anything from the judgment because I don't know where she works. She is gone in the wind now, and there is nothing I can do. So, thanks...but I did not get a resolution.

While you were not able to find any information that was helpful to me, I do feel that the investigator explored much of the available data. Just having someone do more than a routine search (that I can do online) was comforting. I did find one legal item (through Google) that your search did not turn up so I am concerned about how thorough you are.

Trust Trustify. The staff are a very patient group of people to no end. My circumstances are humbling to say the least and because of this there was some procrastination on my part, but Trustify always understood and I was able to pick up were i left off whenever I made up my mind to move forward.

I received the information that i wanted and needed in easy to read reports and I was able to communicate effectively and honestly with the investigator working on my case,so much so that i asked for and got the same investigator when I needed help. If I ever need them again I will ask for the investigator again. Thank you for the opportunity to work with you and for helping me through a difficult time. I probably will return once I get myself together. Thank you from the bottom of my heart
