The whole team was very kind - from the initial phone call to the private investigator. I trusted the method and result. The most amazing part though was the interpersonal communication style as the PI showed genuine care when working with me.

Hello I have been charged in the last month with extra 218 dollars to my Credit card and I do not recognized this charge since I have not required extra services since May. I will need to block my credit card if i undertsand that my credit card has been wrongly used.

Excellent service and timeliness....very professional.

The investigator was personable, tried to be helpful and acted like a friend. Unfortunately, the company WAY oversold what they could do for me. When I was considering signing up for the 'locate' service I was led to believe it would be no problem, that this is what they do, and the job would very likely be complete in less than 6 hours. When I actually signed up and paid, and later got an investigator he made every excuse as to why they could not locate my person. One of the key reasons: the person I wanted to locate was a woman----really?

My experience was terrible. They ripped me off for 1200.00,their investigator told me my husband was a "lucky b______" because he could get a younger woman and called me crazy for what I had seen and knew. I got one line for the report and was never sent a video.

The background investigator was attentive and thorough in his work. They were personally invested in finding a resolution for my case.

Absolutely horrified with the juvenile results - for over $400, their "professional private investigator" merely accessed the same sites I MYSELF FOUND AND ACCESSED. Came up with absolutely nothing I had not already found myself. Then, in an attempt to justify their fee, they printed out lots and lots of paper, the majority having nothing at all to do with my request, to show me how much they did. All they really deserved was maybe $10 to reimburse for the paper. Save your hard earned money - hire a tech savvy high school kid - guaranteed they would do - at a minimum- as well as the $400 rip off artists. SHAME ON THEM.

After a week I never even received a phone call from an investigator. I asked for my money back and they kept 50.00 ....total racket. If they can't provide an investigator then I should gave received a full refund. Nice way to make 50 bucks for nothing.
