Wow! There are ankles under there!

I was finally diagnosed eight years ago with lymphedema and placed on diuretics. Years before that I was advised to wear compression socks. Still there were days when my gorgeous ankle-high cowgirl boots couldn't zip up. Doing more research, I found EMSense and it seemed like it has everything I need to get better.

It's been only a week but I've been religious in their use morning and evening. Trying to keep my brain energized as well, I put on the massagers just as I start my Italian and French lessons and make sure I'm not disturbed.

What I feel now, after getting a glimpse of my ankle bones, is a lightness, an invigorating "spring" in my step that makes me think that all that my lymphatic system is waking up and starting to circulate again.

Hit a snag the other day. After heavy rains I was out corralling the tomato vines that grew like crazy and stepped on a fire ant nest. Now I've a swollen ankle and many bites making an "ankle bracelet" of sorts. Painful and itchy, but it's a temporary setback and I didn't stop my treatment.

Be careful when ordering this product

Be careful when ordering this product. I ordered 1 pair and whilst navigating all the advertising and upselling before check out I apparently ordered 2 pairs. Within minutes I tried to amend the order. I was told they had already been shipped!!!!! I will now have to wait until they arrive before I can return them and receive a refund. I am already foreseeing the stress and cost to do this - not happy at all

Rip off charging for two with no option to cancel

I tried ordering a pair for my mom on Mother’s Day May 10 to my surprise the order was processed for two sets and charged my card accordingly . I immediately went to the website to first change and then decided to cancel the order as that seems fraudulent. There was no allowance to cancel or change the order. I immediately sent an email to which I got a response asking if I wanted to change or cancel. When I said cancel I was told the order was already shipped. To my dismay the order was not shipped until May 15 as confirmed by email. I made several attempts to get a refund by email with no luck. This is all within the same day May 10 and then the following days. My mom confirmed her doctor would not allow her to use it and in fact eventually had her leg amputated prior to even receiving the shipment at my forwarding address. I tried to return it and was being charged almost US$ 50 for return. I therefore cancel the forwarding lost my $160 rounded from this crooked company who takes you through several steps to buy more and no way to cancel the order. I never got the use of them and believe the company owes me a refund if not for both for the one that was inadvertently charged to my card. This is a rip off and should not be allowed. Every company gives you an option to cancel your order immediately after purchase. I expect my refund !

DON'T BOTHER!!!!!!!! I bought this from the company. Big mistake!!. Tried one on and it doesn't really do anything but since I opened one to try which apparently you can't try it even though you have a 30 day return window. Emsense charged me to try it out!!!!!!! So dumb. This company is terrible. They are terrible to work with. I had to do through my credit card company to get movement on the return.

This company is still sending time wasting emails denying their responsibility for none delivery or return of money.

This company is still sending polite but annoying emails on a daily basis. From telling me I have points to BUY goods (why would? )Suggesting I contact the delivery company. Why! I didn’t choose the delivery company they use. They have had my address and order number and continue to email me asking me to do their job. I am a pensioner asking to purchase an item that I hoped would help with my condition and I feel I have been harassed on a daily basis when I have answered all their questions to resolve the problem. These people do not care that they have stolen your money. They have committed a crime as far as I am concerned, but they are not happy enough with that they accuse you of not complying with their term and conditions and ask you to solve their problem, knowing that there will never be a solution because they do not take responsibility for their failings. I have copied the endless emails exchanged between EMSense and myself, but hey! Surprise surprise. I cannot copy and paste. Clever hey! weeks of trying to communicate with this disgusting robbing company. Please never never buy from them.
