I bought two in January

I bought two in January. Used as specified. They both stopped working within 4 months. Dead as. I wrote and answered all their queerys over the next six weeks. They kept asking for photos , videos. These were supplied then it went to Felix starting all over again. Nothing has happened but they suggested replacements but never happened. Mine never worked properly from the start. I eould not recommend.

I was quite satisfied with everything

I was quite satisfied with everything. I was looking out for my delivery, and saw the van in the street. I looked on my front porch for a parcel, but there was none there. Not long after I went to the kitchen sink to wash up, and spotted the parcel on my chair on the porch. I thought it was a bit funny, as no other delivery van had come in. The next day my next door neighbour at no 6, said ‘Did you get your parcel? I found it on the chair on my porch”

Tried to send back right away because…

Tried to send back right away because they scammed me into buying 2 extras, that didn't happen now tryning to return have been for over a week and no luck. No address no phone number and customer service just keeps saying someone will contact me and that doesn't happen.

Quick and easy relief

I found the EMSense foot massager to be comfortable to use. The charge last long enough for me to give each foot an 15 minute massage and the feeling of relief is almost immediate. It has allowed me to walk with less tingling and foot pain for the last 2 weeks since I started using it.

It does what it says. also no nasty shocks that some of these muscle stimulation pads give,
Very relaxing and intensive massage with the heat function giving deep heat
Also the controls have a good feel nothing flimsy here.

Appalling behaviour

I tried to order one massager the website then ordered 2 at checkout and my paypal was charged for 2 which was over $200!
I tried to email support 2 minutes after this occurred they said the order had already been shipped. This is a lie. I received a your order has been shipped 36 hrs later! This company is unethical in it's behaviour and unwilling to solve a problem. I will be lodging a formal complaint and demand a full refund.
Do not deal with them the ordering process is a trick, appalling behaviour.

No Scam - exactly as advertised

We initially thought this may have been a scam but I purchased these for my husband who has severe neuropathy & constant pain in both legs. He thought I had wasted my money but after one day he commented on the relief he was getting from the pain, after a week he was saying we hadn't wasted our money, he wishes we had got them earlier. The relief he feels from the pain is giving him an improved quality of life. Thank you EMSense.
