T-shirt was advertised as embroidered, only the small design on the front was. Overpriced, dropshipped trash. Customer service is not existent and lie to you about "passing queries onto management". Paypal sided with me and got my refund.

I was nervous because I wasn’t sure how long shipping would take, but it only took two weeks! I ordered on May 1st and I got it in May 13th! The Berserk sweater is amazing and is such high quality, it’s so warm and comfy!

item arrived much quicker than estimated. honestly blown away from the quality of the tee and the details of the design. sizing chart was on point and the customer service I received via online and email were amazing !!

Bought two shirts that cost me $110. They get delivered to who the hell knows where but it wasn’t my house. My address was clear and correct on my receipt. Three emails to support with no response. Reached out on Instagram and was told it’d be brought up the chain and haven’t heard back even after requesting an update. Don’t bother with this company.

Me and my brother were a fan at first we each ordered a shirt and enjoyed them. For christmas we treated each other and got a larger order however they charged me twice for 2 packages although i wanted to have one. Believed the issue was resolved and that I would get my money back as they told me to just return it. Sadly it does not end there as they claim my package has not arrived although i have the tracking details informing it has arrived and am being run around in circles with no item or money to show for it. We honestly do not even want the shirts i have now after this experience.

First experience: These guys will take your money and not give you any products. Waited almost 3 months and I never received anything. They said it was stuck in transit, but couldn’t tell me why they didn’t just send me a new t-shirt. They gave me a refund for the shirt but not for the shipping fee! Why am I paying for a shipping fee when I didn’t receive anything?

Update: after spamming their Instagram account, they finally helped me out and refunded the shipping fee as well. I really wanted a t-shirt but despite the help, I am too wary to try to buy something again.

Got the itachi reflective tee and some shorts. The top looks good but the shorts look so cheap and tacky in person. Only worn the itachi tee maybe 3-4 times and majority of the design has come off the tee so extremely low quality overall and not worth the considerable price.

Stay away from this company. False advertisement on size. I ordered one of their shirts it came with a big brown stain on it and size was definitely wrong. They did nothing for me they just give me a 30% off coupon that it doesn't even works.

Absolute disgrace of a store. Wouldn’t recommend buying from here! The clothes don’t look the same as on the site. The prints look really cheap. Sizes are okay though.

Paid a lot of money for something that seems really cheap! And they don’t write mails back or respond to their customer service!

Very Good customer service imo, took like 3 weeks to arrive. Very true to size on the shirts. Personally Will be taking one size bigger on shorts next time tho. Will be ordering more from here.

It’s been over 6 weeks since I ordered a T-shirt. It was supposed to be a Christmas present for my fiancé. I’ve yet to receive it and customer service said there is nothing they can do. They stated according to their policy they don’t offer refunds or exchanges. So, I would not recommend purchasing from them. I’m very disappointed with the lack of help from customer service.

Ordered 2 shirts and both of them were a different fabric and color then displayed on the website.

The quality is very good, the vintage T-shirts are in US sizes and the fit is great. The quality of the fabric print is amazing.

Legit site, with great quality (actually the best from any anime shirt I've bought which is from 3 different retailers now). I would compare the quality of the T-shirts to somewhere like River Island and the pricing is quite good especially if you can get a 10-15% discount.

My only criticism would be the £10 shipping fee which seems like it can't be avoided but the shipping is far quicker than the other anime sites I've tried. Shipping took 12 days to the UK on both attempts on this site. Also hopefully they add more Vagabond products because the one I got was amazing.
