Pretty good in general. Sadly the printing is not as clear as I would have hoped but for the price to a degree acceptable.

Absolutely love my personalised jumper... only down side is took a little longer then expected to come

Absolutely delighted with the product. I was nervous,as I am a complete technophobe and hopeless with computers etc,but even I found the designing and ordering process straightforward. ( Couldn't ask my partner for help,as I usually would,as it was a surprise present for him). He loves the t shirt, thanks for your prompt emails and delivery,I'd recommend your site to everyone x

Our parcel got delayed in the post andMark Simmons went out of his way to find out what had happened to it and supplying us with numbers to phone and shortly it arrived and we are very pleased with it and the service we received.

The item was ordered for a stocking filler and a little bit of fun and it did not disappoint. The image was extremely clear, given it was a photo shop.

Ordered a sweatshirt and it was perfect! I love it. I'm 6ft 2 and the length is pefect, my design was exactly what i wanted :) Delivery time was great. Make that order, you won't be disappointed.

Awful! Do not use! In 3 orders they misaligned 2, poor especially as they still sent out misaligned items after the first one was flagged up. Shame they don't have quality control to check orders are correct before sending out to customers.

Print quality was ok on the items, not retail quality but for the price, passable.

Excellent service and product
I found my t-shirt easy to make and design using the website. It was delivered very quickly and I was impressed at the quality of my photo on the Tshirt
I had a problem with a missing delivery and I emailed customer service and I had a swift and helpful reply, the problem was sorted immediately !

Amazing quality, ordered it with a anime design with leafs falling on the back and the logo on the front.
Not only was the print quality great the leafs were all there even though they were individual which must've taken allot of effort.
The hoodie I ordered also came 2 days earlier which is a massive bonus paired with their great customer support.
The only downsides I had were that I ordered in a size that was slightly shorter than what I thought it'd be so the sleeves are slightly down compared to normally (Totally on my end though)
Arrived with a slightly obscure smell which im 99% sure is from the printing process and came off after 1 wash which didnt affect the hoodies quality or size at all.

Will be ordering again for sure.
