We requested an update to our stream. TuneIn picked a stream from a rock station and linked it to a deep house radio station. This is a joke. This is not an error but pure unprofessionalism. The streaming urls were clearly provided, changed the banner perfectly but not the stream.

Something weird is going on with this company. When I visit their FB page linked in the footer section on the official website I landed on a hacked page?

Tune in on Sonos is not good.
I just chose a Radio channel to play on Sonos called "Meditations" ...nice, chilled, relaxed right? Wrong. Before the station on Tune In played a very loud add about Football came on. Like super loud with music, sirens, a loud voice... then the "Tune in" voice and now a stupid ad for Shopify, which has just repeated. Annoyingly as Wi-fi can be patchy sometimes sonos drops the signal multiple times in a minute, each time it returns TUNE IN plays the same stupid Shopify Ad. I hate shopify and I don't like Tune in.

I used TuneIn for years to listen daily to world class news programs from public broadcasters in Germany and France. But now the offer of radio stations is limited and mediocre.
In the past months, TuneIn dropped Radio France and now it has also dropped the German public radio DLF. With this move, TuneIn has become completely useless.

I like the fact I can now list to WDGY with out the am power cut

Emailed support to cancel. Support confirmed cancellation. Received email saying I was about to be charged if I didn't cancel, so I emailed support again.
Support team confirmed I was cancelled. Days later I was charged $9.99. Beware of this company and do not give them your credit card.

I've been in contact with this company over several days. I've been telling them any radio station station I tried to ,listen to stops playing after about 10-20 minutes. The amount of stuff theyve asked me to do is ridiculous! Including recording (audibly) and sending it to them. I listen on google speakers. I've been having this issue for about a month. I've done all that can be done. It's not my speakers, google app or my internet. Checked all of the above. This only happens on tunein. Everything on iheart radio works fine. If you're expecting any help from tunein support, good luck! I also sent them the call numbers and letters of a couple of stations in question which they asked for. Poor....extremely poor and lazy support. I suggest iheart for radio listeners.

Tunein is the worst radio player ever now.
I use amazon echos so it defaults to tunein for the radio.
It keeps going off there's pointless adds all the time I'm fed up of it.

I signed up for a $1/month deal but then received an email saying that I would be charged $7.99/month despite my subscription in my account still saying I should be charged $1/month. When I wrote to the company to confirm my $1/month subscription, they said the would not honor the deal I was offered without any explanation and that I should cancel my subscription unless I wanted to pay $7.99. This is a very dishonest company that you should avoid.

Pure garbage, Tunein is awful and getting worse.

Horrible App. Commercials ALL THE FN TIME. I literally just turned up the volume and it went to commercial. Often when I get a text, it will go to commercial. IT is a horrible app. Greedy Greedy Greedy

I have on numerous occasions over the last 6 months been subject to advertisements from the false state of Israel, trying to justify their murderous actions in Palestine and begging for support in their occupation and theft of land. Clearly with public sentiment turning so far against them they have to buy advertising space to try and leech more support from less informed people.

Oddly enough I do not want to hear genocidal propaganda on my way to work in the morning. There is no way to dislike an advert on the app, and I absolutely will not be buying a premium subscription if these are the type of people the company partners with.

I understand they are a business and adverts keep them running but there is no excuse for partnering with such companies especially with all the evidence of their war crimes so easily available.

SUCKS!!! Doesn't have just a few commercials per hour but many. Sometimes over 3 minutes. I wish there was an alternative.

Horrible programming. Someone should be fired. Same commercials playing 5 times in a row. It's now 6.

Considering going back to an old radio just to get rid of tunein.
Death by adverts. change radio station, more tunein advserts followed possibly by radio station adverts.
Now they have added in "This is tunein"
I just want to listen to the radio!

Tune in premium came with my Tesla Model-Y 2023-24. Absolutely the only bad part of my car. Endless repeating ads on most stations notwithstanding they advertise “Premium” being mostly ad free. Did not renew my subscription when the free monthlong subscription ended. Bought Sirius XM on my phone and just connected through Bluetooth to my Tesla. Works like a charm and music is great without ads. Highly recommend!

Fox News Radio on Tunein sucks!!! To many commercials and the most annoying thing is it constantly goes back 5 seconds and plays the same thing you just heard again and again!!! So stupid!!!
