When I initially set out to find a company/ tutor for my daughter, we were met with many disappointments. We needed someone with a certain skill set who also had a way of connecting & explaining things. I was hesitant. I am BEYOND thankful for the TurorHero recommendation from her teacher. SEAMLESS initial set up, thorough in explaining how it all works, and we were paired with hands down the most ideal tutor with all the qualifications we needed. Very knowledgeable, courteous, and communication is top tier. We adore Faira!

I did have a few issues with a tutor but the employees who work in the office are very professional and compassionate and always find a solution.

Customer service was great. Tutor was outstanding- make sure you understand how many sessions you sign up for- was a little vague, but didn’t affect my experience.

TutorHero has been very helpful when working with my son on his middle school homework. It makes difficult topics easier to understand and has improved his comprehension a lot.

Sunday 3/15/2026 I called to request a tutor for my statistics class. I spoke to Todd. I said I wanted to meet with a tutor twice a week for my 8 week class. Todd informed me that would qualify me for a discount $68 hourly instead of $89. Imagine my surprise when I get a text confirming my purchase for a 36 hour package!!!! I called immediately and spoke to Hannah, explained my situation (Todd scammed me) and requested the $136 transaction be voided and cancel my request. Hannah said she would cancel the request and speak to Todd's supervisor. Tuesday 3/17/2026 I get a text from Darrian telling me he received a message about a potential cancellation and that cancellations are not handled through text nor email and I would have to call 202-967-1906 for account resolution. No account changes are made pending discussing the account with me. I did discuss the account with Hannah 5 minutes after the request. I did not text or email the request. I end up calling and after I finally got the 3rd person I needed to talk to I got Stephanie. Stephnie was very rude and ended up hanging up on me. She got on the phone and said, " I hear you are wanting to cancel your account?" I explained that an account for 36 hours should have never been opened. He response was" I asked if you wanted to cancel your account. The answer is yes than." THEY ARE SCAMMERS AND RUDE. BEWARE!!!!!

I like my child tutor because she is professional, very patient and understanding. Ready to work with you around your schedule and determine to help my daughter succeed.

Alexander is timely and kind. He gives my children the one on one attention they need.

After discussing my son’s needs, I was hooked up with Will he is wonderful. He helps Sam understand things and I think it’s a great match.

My son has been struggling with Math & Reading . He sometimes gets fustrated and cries. However ,when he worked with Emmanuel. My son was happy able to confidently complete his homework. The procesa with the company itself was seamless. He looks forward to his next sessions!

Easiest, fastest, and most helpful service beyond just tutoring. Emailed on Sunday morning and had a tutor 4 days later. Unbelievable how easy and quick the process was. And our tutor is AMAZING! Highly communicative with scheduling and, more importantly content. She even developed her own content for my son in case we were not prepared!

Angel, is my son’s tutor and she is very knowledgeable, friendly, accommodating, and very sweet! My son was struggling in Pre-Cal. He understood the concepts but the application seemed to confuse him. The tutor was so patient and helped him talk it out and explain what he was seeing. He gave him strategies to apply. We are only on our second week, but so far very happy!

One session and then then scheduling conflicts. The tutor was very nice and professional however the hours I specify in the initial call we're not met. Waiting to hear back from them. Now when I call the name has changed to a different name?
