Hi. I'm Ali from Iran. I had a demo account with tradeview and before opening a live account I went to tradeview's online chat and inquired about whether Iranians are accepted for opening live accounts or not and an agent named "Dilshod Dustov" said yes we accept Iranians. Later he phoned me and guided me through opening account process. I even tried to contact another agent named "Jesse" and she told me that Iranians are not accepted. I mailed Mr. Dustov and told him the story and he said don't worry I am your account manager and I'll get you approved. One week later I submitted my live account form and a day later they mailed me back and stated many issues relating my documents which I understood their concerns and tried to resolve those issues and mailed Mr. Dustov and Mr. Rodriguez many times for helping me obviate those problems but there was no response until next week which I received a mail from Mr. Dustov in which he stated that they didn't accept Iranians. Now you can clearly see instead of being transparent and telling me the truth from the start, they were dishonest and toyed with me and wasted my time. If trustpilot support team wants I can also provide you with their emails and screenshots of chats in which they said different and contradicting things regarding their policies.

Response is very bad. When I do chat on line, always no body is over there.
When I send email, no reply come back. But Japanese support is very good.

Everything about you looked good until it came time to fund my live account. In the end, I gave up, too many hurdles, too difficult, I was compelled to go through a third party and I was unable to find one who could guarantee a 2-way flow of funds [deposits and withdrawals], so I've moved on to another broker.

I just opened an account to test the broker before introducing clients and so far I am impressed with the broker.

The best broker I have dealt with. Great customer service and competitive fees.

They are a good broker . Tight spreads . It will be great if they increase the leverage to 500 .

Could be better, the deposit sometimes is hard, and ILC account minimum lot is 0.1 which would be 0.01. Also if you deposit via credit/debit card they don't refund the same way...

The demo account I have been trading for some time now. Is understandable as a beginner. I believe that tradeview is OK for me.. But I have been trying to open live account for some time now but is not working out. So I don't know what is wrong.. I think you people have to look into it. I give you 3 star for now, on till I get my live account, and check it two. Ok

It would be easier if needed documents like proof of address could be send directly on the livechat platform.

Bad customer service. Reset demo account you need to send a mail to some guy?!?!?
Others just handle it immediately in their chat or have a do-it-yourself button on their website. Thought i was back in the early years of this century again.

I've been very pleased with Gafur's service. For me, it's about convenience and transparency. He's always been punctual despite of the time difference as I'm located in Canada. He was able to handle all of the accounts that I've referred my network to and it's been all but positive experiences. Thank you for putting our best interests first. A+

No trading on weekends. Other than that i would use it but will be trying to find a service that is available seven days a week.
