Not strictly on time but allowed extra capacity skip at no extra cost.
Confusion over permissible waste but accepted furniture with elements of soft furnishings.
Staff were generally very helpful, would use again.

Booking was very straightforward and the staff were very helpful and polite. The skip was delivered exactly when they said it was and gave a courtesy call before hand. Collection had no issues they just came and took the full skip away and no need to wait in.

I am very impressed with service…
I am very impressed with service provided by TWBC. I made an enquiry about a grab, sent over a video and pics of access and they immediately got back to me and the job was booked in for next day. Dennis the grab operator was absolutely amazing!! ...cleared the load (about 12 tonnes) over a 6ft fence with just 4m opening ) I'd say using TWBC has put me a week ahead of schedule and saved me loads on skips. Will definitely be using them again
