This place is a joke and the people operating it are nothing short of crooks. They will only post the positive reviews. I will be contacting the BBB and my attorneys to file a claim in small claims court for the cost of my order plus the time involved in trying to reach them once they blocked my profiles.

Dead vines dead service
Both of my grape vines I purchased didn’t survive a year. Customer service is horrific. No one responds to emails, I even called to speak to someone who gased me up, she told me she was going to send me an email so I could send her pictures of my dead vines. Never recieved an email. Cost me around $50 to know that I’ll never ship TyTy again

We ordered 17 trees 5 to 6 feet
We ordered 17 trees 5 to 6 feet, they all came in one box that looked only able to hold a picnic table umbrella in it, the top of the box was no bigger then my hand, I could not believe there were 17 trees in that box, for the money we spent on these trees we could have gone to a local nursery and purchased full grown fruit trees and had fruit this year. Those sticks they sent us would not have fruit for years, this is a joke. Do NOT recommend this company

Your order did not consist of 17 trees all in the 5–6 ft size. According to your invoice, your order included a mix of sizes including 5 3–4 ft trees, 9 4–5 ft trees, 1 one-gallon plant, and only two trees in the 5–6 ft range, along with other smaller plants.
We do bundle as many plants as possible into one box for shipping, with roots wrapped in a hydrating solution to keep them moist and viable during transit. This method is outlined on our product pages, Eco-Wise Shipping page, and in our terms and conditions. We ship this way to reduce our carbon footprint by avoiding unnecessary soil weight and limiting plastic pot waste through reuse and recycling.
We also want to note that we strive for 100% customer satisfaction. We have reached out to you directly and even extended an additional discount—on top of the 25% you already received—in an effort to resolve this in a positive way.
We’re always here to help and would be happy to continue working with you toward a successful outcome.
EXACTLY AS ORDERED SOURWOOD TREE
The phone support is excellent. We received the tree on thursday March 26th, soaked it in water until Friday March 27th, and planted it that evening according to directions. We water it everyday.
Today is April 9th and we are anxiously waiting to see the tree leaf out.

100 percent correct TyTy, brought 7 vines muscadine and only two showing signs of life. 2 out of 7. Expressed my concerns and was advised to do the scratch test. If I purchased dead trees it's buyer beware without insurance.

I bought two banana trees from this…
I bought two banana trees from this company supposed to be 2 years old and the two trees came with one barely had any roots on it and no leaves at all. I called and complained and they told me that's how they send their trees because they cut them back when they ship them. Mind you as well the trees are not even a foot tall but let's say the trunk is not even a foot tall because they're not even no trees. Trees are supposed to have leaf and roots in these don't. I did not buy a bare root tree. Very poor quality buyers please beware.

Banana plants are herbaceous and naturally go dormant in cooler months, which means they are shipped as trimmed trunks without leaves to protect them during transit. This is standard practice, and they will begin pushing new growth once temperatures warm—our banana plants here in South Georgia have just started sprouting as well.
We also want to note that after your initial concern, we sent 2 additional banana plants at no cost. All of the plants shipped do have viable root systems, and bananas are extremely fast growers once established.
With proper planting and watering, you should see strong new growth and quickly have full, healthy plants. If you have any questions along the way, we’re here to help.

Delayed Adjustment
Received a shipment of dead sticks (sold as trees), notified them immediately. Replacement was delayed more than once; first the season and later crop failure. Ultimately received a year later and had to pay another shipping and tax. Again, dead on arrival and they refuse to make right “we only adjust losses once”. Never did I receive a live plant. Ridiculous!
