The customer service person I spoke with over the phone was pleasant and highly knowledgeable. My dormant Black Tartarian cherry tree arrived at the proper time this Spring and right now is showing signs of waking up. Definitely a quality tree. Thanks again.

This place is a joke and the people operating it are nothing short of crooks. They will only post the positive reviews. I will be contacting the BBB and my attorneys to file a claim in small claims court for the cost of my order plus the time involved in trying to reach them once they blocked my profiles.

Trees arrive on time in great shape with large root system

My Flowering Peppermint Peach Tree arrived as scheduled. Was well packaged, no damage. No blossoms yet but lots of healthy new leaves. Looks great, can hardly wait for flowers.

Plant Arrived on time. Although a few leaves fell off in transit the plant looks like it’s living but still waiting to show some new growth. Trust this farm to buy more in the future.

I try to buy local but after months of going to local nurseries could not find the plants I was wanting. Therefore, mail ordered from Ty Ty Nursery the product I wanted. They patiently advised me on varieties. Products arrived in exceptional shape and were planted within an hour of their arrival. Ty Ty Nurseries are the best!

Both of my grape vines I purchased didn’t survive a year. Customer service is horrific. No one responds to emails, I even called to speak to someone who gased me up, she told me she was going to send me an email so I could send her pictures of my dead vines. Never recieved an email. Cost me around $50 to know that I’ll never ship TyTy again

Great company to order from with great products. I have purchased several fruit trees from them which all have survived besides 2. I contacted customer service and they quickly replaced them.

We ordered 17 trees 5 to 6 feet, they all came in one box that looked only able to hold a picnic table umbrella in it, the top of the box was no bigger then my hand, I could not believe there were 17 trees in that box, for the money we spent on these trees we could have gone to a local nursery and purchased full grown fruit trees and had fruit this year. Those sticks they sent us would not have fruit for years, this is a joke. Do NOT recommend this company

The phone support is excellent. We received the tree on thursday March 26th, soaked it in water until Friday March 27th, and planted it that evening according to directions. We water it everyday.
Today is April 9th and we are anxiously waiting to see the tree leaf out.

Delivery was fast and well packaged! All trees were exactly what I ordered which is always an added bonus. Will be purchasing more in the future.

100 percent correct TyTy, brought 7 vines muscadine and only two showing signs of life. 2 out of 7. Expressed my concerns and was advised to do the scratch test. If I purchased dead trees it's buyer beware without insurance.

I bought two banana trees from this company supposed to be 2 years old and the two trees came with one barely had any roots on it and no leaves at all. I called and complained and they told me that's how they send their trees because they cut them back when they ship them. Mind you as well the trees are not even a foot tall but let's say the trunk is not even a foot tall because they're not even no trees. Trees are supposed to have leaf and roots in these don't. I did not buy a bare root tree. Very poor quality buyers please beware.

Received a shipment of dead sticks (sold as trees), notified them immediately. Replacement was delayed more than once; first the season and later crop failure. Ultimately received a year later and had to pay another shipping and tax. Again, dead on arrival and they refuse to make right “we only adjust losses once”. Never did I receive a live plant. Ridiculous!

UPDATE April 16th…another week passed and I have not been contacted as was indicated in their reply. I will update when contacted or weekly if not.

UPDATE April 25th…last I will post on this, obviously a dead issue for TyTy. Still no contact from them; out hundreds of dollars and missed two seasons to start trees in a new landscape. Very disappointed in their lack of care or responsibility. Wish I could post pictures of the products on the day of delivery.

UPDATE April 27th…Glad to report that I was contacted today by Mr. Hunter, General Manager and he is making this order right.
