Very surprised at the quality of the plants. The packaging protection was the best I've ever seen. The ease of removing the plant was great.

I bought 1 cherry tree and it came trimmed and pruned with 4 limbs just like you would want. So because of that great experience I bought 1 more cherry and 2 peach tree same height. Cherry came like a stick with only 2 branches and cherrys came just ok.

I ordered plants that UPS damaged, repacked & shipped out 3 days later than scheduled. The plants arrived in really rough shape possibly even dead due to the extended shipping time & the damage. Even though I was rude to them & blamed them for UPS’s mistakes. They gave me a full refund on the plants. They did the honorable thing, tried to give good customer service & they deserve credit for doing that. Thank you.

I have ordered many fruit trees, grape and berry vines from Ty Ty in the past 5 years. All arrived well packed and ready to plant. My most recent experience was with a very nice Apricot tree. Over the years, I have had one tree that did not grow. Ty Ty readily refunded the cost of the tree and I purchased another one to replace it. I will ocntinue to build my fruit tree orchard and vine trellises with Ty Ty nursery stock.

Purchased a grafted tree. The worst grafting I have ever seen. The tree trunk is completely distorted. In addition, the tree was much smaller than advertised. The company is trying to force me to believe the grafting was acceptable. I've purchased several grafted trees from other companies that were well done. The order that I received from TyTy is subpar. Please also know they censor comments & delete anything negative. Update - There is no "curved appearance", I would've been fine with that. They are extremely misleading. Beware!
The "tree" is a distorted stick. Your "master gardeners" are covering for your company's inferior quality of your products.. Also, the "tree"stick should come pruned ready for sale. I'm obviously very unhappy with the purchase and customer service. You are more than welcome to have your item back - I've asked to be refunded. Please let me know the next steps so that you can have the "beautiful tree back for you to enjoy". Thank you.

Friendly and knowledgeable Customer service. Plants received at requested dates. So far no problem with growth, at early stage.

In my mind, gardening is both a mystery and a gamble. I could send my grandson to college if I could get back half the money I have spent on plants that have died in my yard. Tyty to the rescue! EVERY plant Tyty raised and lovingly mailed to me, has THRIVED! I bought asparagus crowns that were Three times larger than two other nurseries! (I plan to send photos) . Sidenote.. MAKE SURE THAT THE PLANT YOU SELECT IS AT HOME IN YOUR GROWING ZONE! FOLLOW INSTRICTIONS AND STUDY YOUR PROSPECTIVE PLANT. YOU CAN NOT GO WRONG WITH TYTY!

This tree was a replacement for one that did not survivie. I had no problems getting a replacement tree.

The trees arrived quickly and in good shape. My only issue was that the trees were wrapped together and when i unwrapped them, both sets of roots were exposed. I ordered a magnolia that had to go into the ground asap and an oak which was dormant and could have waited. This meant I had to dig 2 sets of holes in the same day. Not easy for someone older. So individual root balls would be nice. BTW - i noticed some complaints about refunds. Well last year i ordered some red buds and one of the trees did not make it. I received credit for that tree and had no issues with the process. The credit and price is why I ordered from them again this year.

I’ve had a wonderful experience with TYTYGA. On every purchase when my trees never made it they were replaced the only expense I incurred was the shipping. I need here to mention that last year’s 5 trees have come back to life after our snow fall. I took extremely good care of them as advised & instructed. Buds have formed and now I see their new leaves. Additionally all 3 replacements that were sent earlier this year seem to be doing well too. Thank you TYTYGA. I’m really looking forward to see them grow to beautiful trees. I wish I could upload pictures.

I purchased 6 trees last August and among them was a 6-7 foot plum tree (It was their BOGO sale and free shipping) It arrived without leaves which was weird. I contacted TyTy and they asked me to scratch the trunk to see if it was alive. It was alive, but I had to cut all the limbs off to reach green. If it had no limbs, there went all the growth that I paid for. When the this spring came and it still didn’t grow anything, I did the scratch test, cut the tree down and sent them the photos. They gave me back the 50% that I paid for it on store credit. However that doesn’t allow me to repurchase the tree and the $20 shipping cost. Do not buy from this company.

I pay over 200 for one bare root jujube tree. I just got it today with damage root, the big root and a few small one. Am so disapointed

I received little things but fortunately it was raining and we planted those little beauties right in. A few days later those plants feel and look great.
Thank you TyTy

They communicated about my order often and waited until the perfect time for my area to ship. My tree was packaged with care and arrived in great shape. Here's hoping it grows.
