Hit or miss tbh. Bought a TV last month and in-store was chill — staff knew what they were talking about and the price was decent.
But when I tried to use the extended warranty on something I bought earlier? Took almost three weeks of back-and-forth. Great selection though, gotta give ’em that.

I ordered a Samsung Galaxy S25 from SharafDG's website. When delivered, the the box was sealed and it looked fine so I didn't think too much about it. When I unboxed it though, the cable was loosely thrown in the box, the protective foil was already removed from the screen and I could clearly see fingerprints on the frame of the phone.
With all these in mind, I contacted Samsung themselves to see if they can tell me when was the phone first used. After checking with the IMEI code, they confirmed to me the phone was already activated ONE WEEK BEFORE I EVEN PLACED THE ORDER.
So basically SharafDG took a already used device, put it in a box, resealed it and sold it as a brand new device.
The worst part is that I don't know why it was opened in the first place. For all I know they could have installed a tracker or something to collect data in it and then sealed it back.
I contacted them in order to resolve the issue, but their customer support wasn't helpful in the slightest.
The best I can do at this point in time is to warn others and hopefully save them the trouble of going through what I did.
Update as of March 26th.
I was told by SharafDG's customer service that they forwarded my issue to the relevant department (I've been told this before and they did nothing at all).
I will update this review again if they actually do something this time.

Sharaf DG failed to meet even the most basic consumer service standards.
For the past 9 days, I was repeatedly given conflicting and inaccurate information regarding stock availability, delivery timelines, and order status. This mismanagement directly caused financial loss, as I missed the opportunity to purchase the product during Eid promotional period elsewhere.
My funds have been retained for 9 days, to be released in an additional 2 days, and refunded in 14 days. (nearly 1 month).
This raises serious concerns regarding compliance with consumer protection standards and fair business practices.
Proceed with caution.

I bought a Phillips TV from DG Sharaf in Dubai some months ago and after a few days I complained to the store that the TV was turning itself off and on and the remote wouldn’t work and the screen picture was discoloured and the operating system was slow. They collected the tv and said it was OK, They also sent Phillips engineer who agreed something wasn’t right but they didn’t know the problem. I went back to the store several times and the store would not exchange the faulty TV or offer me a refund. I asked to change to Samsung or LG or similar and I would pay went difference but they said no. The customer service was dreadful and the TV from day one to now, still has issues all the time. I would never buy anything again from DG Sharaf and I would also never recommend this store. They are great when you are spending money but are not interested if you have a problem. I just gave up on the end as I couldn’t afford the time to keep going back to the store to argue. Dreadful people to deal with so please do not shop with this awful retailer!!!!

Order no W5695777- i paid for a mobile and supposed to get it delivered latest by 12 th march 2026...i called their customer service on 12th evening and, an agent Priya informed me that the item is out of stock.. I asked her, then why no one has contacted me and why the amount is deducted from my card... I requested for a call back.. After an hour, another agent Amjad called me and said, hopefully delivery will be done in another two days.. He was very unprofessional and not able to provide any update on the order... I have requested to transfer the call to a manager but he denied saying that wait for some one to call back... So far no update from anyone... I lost complete trust on Sharaf DG now and will be registering a complaint to authorities for justice if no update by tommorrow before noon...

I had a disappointing experience at the Sharaf DG store. Their promotional leaflet clearly showed the Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra (512GB) priced at AED 3,699. However, when I visited the store, I was informed that the actual price is AED 3,999. Next to the phone, they had placed a printed apology notice stating that the price in the leaflet was incorrect.
This does not appear to be a simple mistake. The same AED 3,699 price is still being shown in their online store leaflet and they are also running paid promotions on Facebook with the same price. If the price was printed incorrectly, it should have been corrected immediately across all channels.
Displaying a lower promotional price to attract customers to the store and then informing them of a higher price upon arrival is very disappointing and unacceptable. Customers should be able to trust the prices shown in official promotions.

Extremely bad online shopping experience. Got missing parts, contacted the customer service they promised a 24 hour reply and its been more than 2 weeks of me calling them with no solution. Totally don’t recommend to order from them anything.

This was one of the most frustrating retail experiences I have had. I visited the BurJuman branch within the official exchange period and clearly requested an exchange. Instead of assisting properly, the transaction was processed as a refund without clear communication or proper explanation.
I also sent an email and received no response, which shows a lack of accountability and poor customer support. Customers should not have to chase basic information after following store policy correctly.
I expected a higher level of professionalism, transparency, and service. This experience has seriously affected my trust in the store.

My item arrived faulty and I returned it to the supplier for exchange 13 days ago. I have not yet received confirmation that it has been received or an update on when the replacement will be sent, despite following up regularly. I would appreciate clearer communication regarding the status of the exchange.

A really frustrating experience with Sharaf DG. Last Thursday feb 19th I received a call conforming that the goods I bought would be delivered and installed toda morning Saturday Feb 21st. I
No one contacted me. I repeatedly called the sales person who kindly assisted me
He sent me 4 contact numbers all which were a failure. Eventually at 2 pm I cancelled the orders and will look elsewhere. Sharaf dg have a new scam. They now first deliver and ask for the client to accept the goods promising that tje installer will follow. You are now at their mercy. Beware one received you can no longer cancel your order and therefore committed to their whim.
Will never buy from Sharaf DG again.

If there is zero star I will give it to Sharaf DG in UAE , especially thier online marketplace. They sold the Dyson Iwrap Coanda but sent me the oldest version of Dyson Iwrap I.d for a price 800 dirhams above the current market price. I paid 2300 instead of 1500. Contacted them by email twice and once by phone and once by WhatsApp to schedule a reverse shipping of the wrong item and for several days now no action from their side. Sitting at home with greasy hair for days it is emergency as I have no dryer or styler and can not go buy another Dyson for extra couple of thousands. Return in the store is not allowed which is so unfair and inconvenient

I purchased a laptop from Al Zaha Br. When I switched it on, it became very hot within a few minutes and the battery drained quickly. It also appears to be refurbished because one of the screws is missing.
I contacted the team, but I did not receive a positive response. This has been a waste of both time and money. I am still waiting for the repair, and it has been several weeks.

Sharaf DG is selling "Open Box" or "Refurbished" devices under the guise of being brand new.
My first S24 Ultra failed within a month.
The "New Replacement" they gave me was delivered without a box and was already activated in 2024 (22 months before my purchase).
They use fake vendor reports to claim pre-activation is "normal"—it is NOT. It’s commercial deception to clear old, used stock.
Their incompetent service caused the total loss of my personal data.
I have been struggling for 120 days with zero resolution.
AVOID Sharaf DG if you want a genuine product and your data safe. They do not respect UAE Consumer Laws.

Disappointed with the lack of accountability at Sharaf DG. I bought a high-end Samsung Bespoke AI Fridge for 10k AED, and it arrived incomplete. A critical sensor for the water dispenser was missing from the box.
I approached Sharaf DG for support, but they have completely washed their hands of the situation, claiming I should have reported it within 7 days. This is a technical sensor, not a cosmetic scratch or a missing shelf; it is impossible to detect until the unit is fully installed and connected to a water line.
> As a retailer, Sharaf DG should advocate for their customers when a product is sold with missing parts. Instead, they are hiding behind fine print to avoid fixing a clear issue with a premium purchase. Beware of buying expensive appliances here—if anything is missing inside the machine, they will not help you.

Extremely frustrating experience with Sharaf DG online delivery. Fully paid order blocked just because the contact number was outside the country. Support team is helpless and trapped by a nonsense system!. This was just a perfume, not gold or a cheque book, yet delivery was delayed despite clear address and urgent request (its gift for someone flying to Egypt). What should be simple turned into a headache.
Will definitely avoid ordering online again.

I had an excellent experience at Sharaf DG electronics. Mr. Mujahid was very professional, polite, and helped me choose the right product.

The salesman slyly added in an extended warranty I never even asked for charging me 800 extra.
Not once did I insinuate that I wanted it and neither did he mention he's adding it.
Is this some sort of scam employees now run on customers so they can make their commissions or what?
Now I have to take time out of my day to go back to the store and "talk about" the situation with the promoter?
Never have I imagined such ridiculous dealings from such a big company. Either the salesman is discretely ripping off customers or he is so incompetent he doesn't have BASIC communication skills.

Visited IBN Batuta mall today and had an absolutely fantastic experience thanks to Mr. Mujahid Husain. I was just browsing around looking for some good deals, and Mr. Mujahid approached me very politely and professionally. He listened to what I was looking for, understood my budy, and within minutes suggested the absolute best offer available without any pressure or pushing unnecessary things. Please visit and find best deal.

I purchased a Samsung Front Load Washer (Order: W5611870-A) which was delivered with a major physical dent. Despite this being a clear Dead on Arrival (DOA) case, the experience has been a nightmare:
Unacceptable Timelines: Their support team is quoting a "10-15 working day" period for "supplier verification" just to pick up a brand-new, damaged machine.
Poor Management: They refuse to provide a collection date, repeatedly claiming "the team is not working" because it is Sunday, yet they were happy to take my payment 24/7.
Scripted Responses: I have spent days on chat being told they are "adding a note" or "expediting" with no actual action. They even tried to push me to a general call center to avoid escalating to a manager.
Marketplace Failure: As the platform provider for TEQ SOUQ ELECTRONICS, Sharaf DG is failing to protect the consumer from defective deliveries.
It has been several days without a working machine and no clear path to a refund. I am now officially escalating this to the Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism (Consumer Rights).
Advice to others: Stick to Amazon or Noon. Sharaf DG does not have the logistics or the customer service to handle marketplace issues effectively.
