Useless

Useless, there are countless rides near by but no one takes the ride due to their own profits!! you guys are useless!!! I use Uber eats and Uber monthly but enough is enough. I'm deleting all apps.

Use your brain Uber

Very unfair that I have to order an Uber pet if I have a cat who is securely placed in a carrier bag. It's not a dog on a leash.

The cost of an Uber Pet is double the price of a regular Uber ride.

The driver was parked up the road on…

The driver was parked up the road on collection. During our 45minute trip he asked our group to put the windows up. It was hot. He said he would put the air con on. It didn't seem to work. Arriving at our destination I asked to be dropped at a certain entrance for a reason. He was rude and replied all he had to do was drop off at location. I had requested the access road to the venue for a reason. All other road were closed around the venue except the one I'd asked for. I was arrogantly told all roads are closed. Not impressed at all with Uber Drivers. They have limited IQ therefore unwilling to help others even when requested politely to do so.
The journey was all about him, not his passengers. His music, windows up! Drop off where he wanted. That is not professional customer service.

One star is too many, absolutely awful service!! Promised a car for me and my son twice, then pushed out the times and eventually said the drivers were too busy! Don’t advertise fairs you can’t fulfil as you have family’s with children waiting! Disgusting service

I ordered food for a friend from panda…

I ordered food for a friend from panda express in Arizona from the UK. upon checking out I explicitly chose $0.00 tip. However, one hour later, Uber actually debited my PayPal account for $4 without my consent. unbelievable.
I have emailed their Chief Executive awaiting response. I have contacted them on many social media platforms and so far they have refused to give me back my money they took without my consent.
Appalling service in my opinion. I have uninstalled the app and I will never use Uber again.

Uber driver cancelled booking after he picked me up demanding more money before he continued

Ordered an Uber and drivers kept cancelling. Finally got one and 5 mins into the journey he cancels the booking and tells me I have to rebook it because the price has gone up, said that the original cost wasn’t worth it anymore and he wouldn’t go further until I rebook for the higher price. I attempted to do this through the app whilst in the car, it wasn’t coming through on the system and eventually he made me get out where we were so he could go and pick up other people. It was ridiculous. This was quite late at night, I get people need to make money, but driving off with someone then demanding more money then to be kicked out on the side of the road in middle of nowhere is not safe or responsible. It’s negligent.

They took my money and gave me nothing

They took my money, didn't send a taxi and refused to give me a refund. I was not able to get to my appointment because they let me down. They also tried to take a payment of £90 unauthorised....
I will never use them again.

Disgusting scammers

Disgusting scammers. I booked an Uber home on Saturday for a price of £22.50. When I looked the next day, Uber were claiming I owed them £64 - the fair had been put up to £86!! It was a 20 minute journey home, even £22.50 was more expensive than normal. I’d got a taxi to the same location from home earlier that day for £17. I went on the chat and they claimed my upfront price wasn’t honoured because of ‘significant deviations on the trip’, which is just a flat out lie. It was the 20 minute journey it should have been, no traffic no diversions. And even if there was, how are they allowed to increase the price like that?! Absolutely disgusting how they try to get away with it. I’ve used Uber for years but the service has seriously gone downhill I will never be using them again after this.

Useless drivers

It doesn't matter how much you pay disrespectful drivers. Not doing their job got attitude like a spoiled brat. Will never use Uber again. Came so many times late to work. Imagine booking a driver which is 5min away and takes 25 min to drive to mine. It's seriously a joke. These people don't deserve one penny nor attention at this point.

Absolute diaguated by uber service. Booked a taxi, aftwr waiting 10 minutes for a driver to be found, the sriver shortlt after then cancelled. Searxhed then for a new driver ... in the time it had then been an hour since booking a taxi, the 2nd driver still had not picked me up. So i cancelled and got a bus, to my amazement... uber still charged me the £33.

Will not be using this service again, strong advise others to stay away from Uber too.

Appalling service a rip off company . Anyone can stick an Uber sticker on their car . We were at a busy concert venue in Birmingham came out and it was excessively busy loads of taxis and Ubers around . Made a booking via Uber taxi unavailable . Drivers offering us a taxi for cash with Uber sticker on vehicle . Actually heard an Asian taxi driver taking the p..s cos it was predominantly women . To top it all payment taken from my account for a total non existent service . Bunch of greedy scammers . Never again

SCAMMERS …!!!!!! BEWARE.

SCAMMERS …!!!!!!BEWARE.
Firstly I have never signed up with UBER for ANYTHING or ever been in an UBER.
I found 4 different payments from my credit card totalling nearly £150 which I didn’t make.
I have NEVER given my credit card details to anyone either.
I rang UBER and was told even my phone number was linked to accounts at UBER.
They then told me that they could only provide the name of the passenger but didn’t have the name of the driver…!
So who signs these drivers up..?
Secondly I found out that they had already had the numbers of my replacement credit cards before my credit card company had even delivered it …! WORK THAT OUT….??
My bank is dealing with it….
Speaking to UBER is a nightmare as you cannot get a straight answer..
PLEASE BOYCOTT THIS COMPANY.
I am not the first I have found out.
