Would leave this on zero stars if it was an option.

Purchased 3 giant chess pieces on the 8th of April 2026. I only received part of my order just one piece and it arrived in absolutely horrifying condition.

I made several attempts to contact the company to arrange a replacement and to find out when the rest of my order would arrive.

No matter how many times I contact them, I have been completely ignored. This has made it very clear to me that this company and website are not trustworthy and scam people out of their hard earned money.

Save your money and avoid.

Only 4 stars, as the delivery let them down - ordered a tournament carrom board on a Wed before 14.00 and was expecting delivery on the Thursday, but when nothing arrived, called Uber, who said they would investigate...Called again on the Friday and eventually got a DPD email..The Carrom board was delivered late on Sunday...So not great...The board itself is high quality - very heavy and well made..don't underestimate the size and weight of this board if thinking of getting one. I'm not too keen on the blue and green coins provided - they just look too close to the same colour - would have preferred a more black and white look, but I can always look to get a new set at some point, not the end of the world. Overall, really pleased with the board.

Seen a lot of negative reviews about this company. Have just brought a Carrom board from them. Had confirmation email almost immediately. Phoned to add to my order and they sorted that out instantly as well. Delivery wa next day as promised with tracking and updates all the way. Board arrived supper well packed. Found some issues but this was from manufacturer. Phoned up and spoke with Kate ho was supper helpful and horrified it was damaged. Sent photos and got message that replacement out on a next day service and apologies again. Tracking played up on this one but as promised despite all my moaning they stuck to the promise and arrived on the Saturday.
This company is top notch and please ignore the bad reviews they are just rubbish. 6stars if I could.

I bought a Carrom board, arrived next day with DPD. Very good quality everything as expected. Communication was good. Would recommend.

Shayne was really helpful and items were dispatched the same day!
I didnt expect to receive them so close to Christmas so was amazed when they arrived the next day, with no charge for carriage. The delivery company were really efficient and friendly too. Just Brilliant!

I had ordered a carrom board cover and carrom board stand on 27th Dec 2024 order no: 16440. I have no confirmation of order acceptance and money has been debited off my credit card. I am also unable to reach the team via Phone or email. Can someone please look into this matter as soon as possible and perhaps give me an update on the status of the package?

If the team is away on year end holidays, atleast a voice message on the phone will help as right now I have absolutely no idea how to make contact with your team. I haven't been responded on email too.

I recently ordered the £80 Carrom board from ubergames and then I read these reviews and asked myself what I'd done. However, I sat it out and boy was I glad I did.

The product arrived early the day after the order and it was up there with the best packaged item I've ever received. The box was well sealed and immaculate. The board itself was well protected and wrapped entirely in a thick bubble wrap and it even had a large sheet of polystyrene protecting the playing board.

From the off I could see this was a quality product. The wood finish was immaculate. There was a lovely fabric bag containing the playing pieces, the instructions and some powder for sprinkling on the board to speed up the surface if required.

The only slight issue I had was that I received no notification that my order had been received. The money vanished from my bank and that was it. An email confirmation would have been nice, although I did get a notification later in the day that it was with the courier.

Although not the fault of ubergames, the instructions for this are laughable as they seem to have been converted from a foreign language, (Indian possibly as that's where the game originates from), so if you don't know how to play you'll need a youtube video or 3.

So pretty faultless really. Well done ubergames.

Shocking customer service, advertising items, when it arrived, totally the wrong weight by a mile off. Call up only to get told a pack of lies, just get honest guys.
Money isn't everything, customer keep a business alive, so stop scaming your customers.

Ordered some bits for games over a month ago, was an issue with some bits being discontinued which was sorted out but missing the rest of my order. Have managed to get through once about 3 weeks ago who told me they would sort it but the outstanding items have still not arrived. Can't get through to customer services, phone line goes straight to answer phone, let messages and emails with no reply. Order was placed middle of August of which we paid for next day delivery on top.

Hi, ordered from this company directly after seeing their products advertised online, order processing failed twice, so took double payment, couldn't get through to them, however did manage to by speaking to the cricket side of the business and 1 payment was refunded, however croquet set arrived with a damaged mallet, and have left voice mail and contact us form, but no reply as yet, would expect a response withing 24 hours these days. In order to acknowledge the issue, but nothing as yet, hopefully they resolve this week

*Edit* Kate contacted me, and has replaced the damaged mallet, and the issue has been resolved, lack of service was explained to be tech issues and a new website is being launched in 2 weeks, so hopefully improved service going forward, happy with the final outcome, thanks for resolving.

I ordered a cricket set as a gift and it never arrived. The tracking says it was delivered, but I was home at the time and know that it wasn't. I've emailed, phoned and left messages over the past 2 weeks and had no response.

Ordered a family croquet mallet for a birthday present. The delivery was thrown over the garden fence even though specified a safe space to store it. Have emailed three times, called a number of times to not get any answer, left voicemails. They have taken my money, and left me with a damaged good.

Do not order from this company. I placed an order via notonthehighstreet.com I have never received my item and despite multiple messages to the company from myself and notonthehighstreet customer service no one has ever replied. They have taken my money for goods I have never received.

Uber games were helpful and relatable! The games were in good condition, even if the giant Jenga was not quite as giant as I expected it still was good value and added to our country style games which was perfect :-)

Bought a carrom board on Wednesday, arrived on Thursday afternoon. Very well packaged, super high quality product. Their staff responded to my queries very quickly and are super helpful. All round a 5* experience.

Excellent service and Carrom Board and additional stuff bought. Read reviews intially on amazon, but when I received the Carrom Board, prestine, very high quality finish, worth 200 Pounds, very heavy and high quality finish. We are all loving it. Later wanted to buy additional stuff, called customer Service, Vicky helped and dispatched same day for next day delviery, with NO EXTRA COST! THANK YOU UBER GAMES.

I ordered a very expensive £200 championship Carrom board from Ubergames.
I did extensive research before purchasing, and wanted a heavy duty good quality board, hence why I paid £200.
You can buy a carrom board from £30 onwards.
But I decided I wanted quality.
Upon receiving the Carrom Board I noticed the weight was not heavy as described. I could lift it with no problem.
I decided to get my bathroom scale and weigh the bored. It did NOT weigh 24kg as described. Instead it weighed 17.2kg.
I contacted the company, we had emails back and forth.
Vicky from customer service was NOT helpful at all. Kept saying the board is correct and there is nothing wrong.

I explained to her that, I ordered the championship Carrom board which weighs 24kg for £200. NOT the Tournament Carrom board which weighs 18kg for £150.

I was getting no where with V***y.

This is fraud. Advertising something and sending me another.
Mis-sold me a Carrom Board and stole £50 from me.

Do NOT buy from this company, If you do always check everything out properly after receiving your product.

Very poor customer service and a company who just don't care.

Awful.

Will never use this company again.

I was kept well informed about delivery which went very smoothly.
