My purchase of a Giant Jenga Mega Tower over two weeks ago has still not been fully completed. The money was taken in full when I ordered the item but I'm still waiting for part of the set to be delivered. I've made numerous telephone calls chasing the missing part but, so far, all to no avail. Despite numerous assurances that someone will call me back they never do.

Almost instant delivery, excellent price and a great set of products

Bought as a gift. Arrival time was given as a whole day so missed the first try, the box was a little bashed about with holes however the packing stoped all but minor damage that l will deal with .

After reading some bad reviews on amazon i was a wee bit weary of buying the standard board .But i must admit very good quality fast delivery overall well impressed thanks uber games

The board game I ordered was delivered with blemishes to the surrounding wood, but they sent me a further garden game as way of an apology. This was ok by me.

good kit that is well built, but you do get stung for the inevitable replacements when parts are lost - have a look at the spare parts price before you purchase

I ordered a Croquet Set which we used twice and the wooden balls paint badly cracked (looked like they had been used for 2 years!) and a mallet cracked. They kindly offered to replace the mallet however would not replace the balls arguing that 'I’m am afraid is what happens on wooden balls'. They recommended that i spoke with the croquet association and told me that a reasonable person does need to understand what they are buying and its expected performance! I am obviously new to the game!!!!?

I purchased this through the croquet online site which I left a review but it doesn't seem to show! :) :) :) :)( there are good review on there).

Great communications, delivery and quality of product.

I ordered two croquet mallets. They were not received and eventually I phoned and was told there had been a fire at the warehouse and their website indicated that they were out of stock. It did not. It still does not.
Eventually I asked for my money to be refunded and after two further phone calls eventually it was. If the mallets were not available, as a courtesy , I should have been emailed. I was purchasing these mallets on behalf of friends who, quite rightly, kept asking about the delivery.

Bought a croquet set which was delivered quickly and is of excellent quality

I decided to buy a decent croquet set for the garden to play with the kids (6 and 15), having previously had the very small and cheap garden center version.

Our grass is ok but no croquet lawn so I wanted a set that was a little more substantial too so it would run more true than the marbles the previous set had.

Having decided to get one I wanted to get something that would be a buy it once, last forever set. Without being ridiculous in terms of cost as I soon found you could spent over a thousand... so opted for Ubergames because the mallets and overall set looked more polished than some other premium sets.

I opted for the minimum that provided worthwhile upgrades, the Pro set. Gave me two sizes of mallet (6 year old was mostly fine with the shorter one, but did eventually hit himself in the eye while swinging it, without messing around). Also the composite balls are very good.

The hoops are nice and solid which is in keeping with an overall feel of getting what you paid for and good value with it.

Bought coits too... again very good for what it is and a good little bag with it.

Storage wise I opted for the tool bag. It actually takes quite a while to put everything away properly and I half wish I had opted for the wooden box. I figured the tool bag because then its easier to take to the grandparents. Tool bag is good quality though.

So in summary, a high quality set that I feel will last for many years. Reassuringly expensive without being silly... Annoyed I couldn't find any discounts!

The wooden croquet set is really good. However, in our view the trolley doesn't work very well as the sticks fall out when you move it. The staff at the company were very helpful and efficient in sending the set to us before a planned party.

I liked the web site but was charged delivery initially when it should have been free. I think you should include a rule book with croquet sets.

Bought hard wood tumble tower. V good quality bricks and bag. Requested specific day for delivery via email and product turned up on time as promised. Would definitely use them again.

I bought this item as I've been after a wooden garden game like this for years. If arrived quickly, well packaged and the item is even lovelier than the pictures allow for. We used this at our wedding and it was a huge hit. Would highly recommend both the company and product.
