While the entire order process was smooth and very fast. The product itself should not have passed quality checks. One of the stands I recieved was not properly aligned at the base so it now stands slightly slanted at an angle.
Quality checks are extremely important mainly for international orders as they can't be shipped back due to very high customs duties.
While the product is of excellent quality the fitting and checks were not verified correctly.
Slightly disappointed on that front. Can't blame ubuy for it.
Edit: The support team followed up on the bad experience and promptly offered to compensate for the bad experience I faced. Appreciate the excellent follow up and refund process. They have also promised to tighten the quality check process, especially for international shipments.
Trust restored.

Working perfect as advertised, it was well packaged product the shipping was fast received it in a week. but the DHL charges on custom clearance service accounted for 9% of the product cost.

Highly in accurate pricing..
Firstly, upon seeing the product it was for Rupees 3000 then it included freight and customs duty totalling 6000 then later it showed 8500 something as total..In the end I ended up paying 3000 more as customs duty for the cream imported from USA..is this website a joke? Why did I had to pay Rupees 3000 whrn the customs duty was already included..and why did I pay 2000 extra above 5000?
