Yeah so I have never reviewed a product. I wanted a smart phone that had the biggest screen available for my DJI mavic PRO(DRONE). Phone cost $154.00(US). I've owned the UHANS Max2 since January 2018. The first thing that happened was black screen. I do not have time to ship it anywhere much less China and be without a phone. So I watched a video a few times and took it apart. I found a flat metal support bar that was loose causing a bad ground connection. A few screws were loose so I tightened them up. Once screws were tightened down the screen turned on the next time I powered it up. It has happened twice since then. Now I do not know if other phone manufacturers do this but the antennae for all communication to and from phone besides one plug in one are stickers stuck to the inside of the phones case. Pressure from the phone snapping together pushes metal contacts on the circuit board into contact pads on the stickers(antennae). Needless to say these pads are about one time use at assembly due to the indentation created on initial contact. When the back is removed from the phone all indentations are easy to see. It was from this point that signal strength especially data(downloading or streaming) sucked. I have contacted UHANS and they offered a replacement for $140.00(US). There have been reports on the internet about black screen or screen blank. I let UHANS know about that. It is kinda a cool phone because its big. But, the battery charges slowly. Its not super fast, my At&t service only registers as 3g HTPA, when my last phone was 4g networked all the time. I would be happy to try another Max2 but I won't pay for it. I just bought the first one three months ago why buy another one? Anyway check out Videos online regarding issues and take into consideration that all the unboxing reviews you might see are of a person opening a brand new Max2 and hanging out with it for a day or so while citing every claim the manufacturer advertises. I wouldn't recommend this phone if you want reliability and great connection. Anyway, have an outstanding day. Thank you UHANS.
