An appalling experience. Their customer service is bordering on non existent, they have no phone number and ignore messages for 10 days or more and even if they do reply they don't answer questions but instead attempt to stall or fob you off. I do not believe they are based in the UK as they claim. The upshot is I still do not have my order and its the 13th October. I am now having to start a small claims action against this "UK" Chinese based company.

UPDATE. I managed to recoup my money via Paypal 31st October, so did not need to file a small claims. Paypal were helpful in this instance but it was still an awful experience from start to finish.

I was a little worried when buying from this site as the reviews weren't great.

My purchase came within 2 weeks, is original and was a great price. The items do come from china so it takes a little time to get shipped but be patient.

This product is a bit slow to arrive, cheaper compare to Amazon, took 2 weeks arrives over the easter. But it was packed securely, and upon arrival it was in perfect condition. This is a great keyboard, and I would buy other products from this store again.

BASED IN CHINA! - NOT LONDON as they claim.
You will note tat there is no indication of a 'next day' or even a 2-3 day delivery service in the cart when you checkout - that's because these guys are based in China. Comms is poor and delivery took over 3 weeks with no tracking. They'll take your money at point of checkout though! Do yourself a favour, BUY ELSEWHERE! AVOID AVOID AVOID

Ordered a Samsung tablet, best price and quick delivery. Was worried after reading certain reviews but had excellent service

This company has an address in London but they are really in China.

The keyboard I received doesn't work. After weeks of the PayPal resolution system I have been offered a refund.... if I send the keyboard back to Sydney, Australia. Nonsense.

Read the dire reviews for this company and then give them your hard earned money at your own peril.

Placed order on the 21st of October. Item was shipped on the 1st of November with UPS from Hong Kong. The item was delivered on the 9th of November after a delay with the item in Customs. The item we received was perfect, although it has a European plug adapter rather than a U.K. plug.

Ordered a kids tablet and then didn't hear anything, chased for information/updates for 7 days. Was told they were chasing shipping details... then was told its out of stock and did I want to wait awhile?!
Avoid!!!!

Hadnt looked at a review before purchase and was then concerned but I got what I ordered and its by far the cheapest on tinternet. Yes it didnt despatch within minutes of purchase and it took 10 days to arrive but it did arrive. Its also a genuine product. So yes its not the quick next day service you get elsewhere but its not a scam website.
