I needed to send photos form the U.S

I needed to send photos form the U.S. but the postage was too expensive. I found Foto.com UK online and sent the photos from here. The photos were printed and delivered quickly and I saved a lot of money. I will definitely use this company and service again.

Good service, shame about the interface

The service is great but the web interface is pretty clunky. For example, selecting to have specific images printed in different formats is possible, but difficult. Deleting images fails for me. Print quality is very good. It's a shame that large volume discount is not greater.

When the software works its is …

When the software works its is excellent. However I have had orders acknowledged, money taken, but the order not validated and so not processed on the system. Getting the money back is a nightmare.

I was a bit sceptical...

To be honest I had no idea of where to go to get a few hundred photos printed. So I took a gamble and went with Foto.com, I really didn't know what to expect. I was pleasantly surprised. The website was very simple and ordering was easy. I was a bit put off with the packaging and delivery cost of £6 - I think it's a bit expensive, (in fact I think my photos were near enough the same price, that's my reason for 4 stars). I was well informed with the progress, and delivery was quite quick. I was in a dilemma on whether to go with Eco or Premium paper. I did opt for Eco just to save a few pounds but I was pleasantly surprised, the quality was OK, not professional quality, but for my requirements it was perfectly fine (family prints to put in frames and an album). I will definitely recommend and will be using again.

good service but I thought The colours …

good service but I thought The colours were a little off slightly orangey tinge ? But happy with price service etc Just wanted them for a record in case the computer ipad etc went down and lost forever so happy with that
