These leggings are truly awful, cheap and nasty. Threw them straight in the bin

I brought a long sleeved top and leggings frok this company. The leggings (which I'd been advised on Facebook would fit a 14) was a size 8! And the top, as soon as I opened its packaging it smelled of dead fish which made me feel sick.

When I contacted customer services their answer was "All products are true to size, you choose wrong. The fish smell can happen during transit, it will go away if you bothered to wash it."

Completely rude and clearly negligent in their services!! I asked for a refund and to return their badly advertised products to which I was told to send back to their China warehouse and they will decide from there IF I can have a refund! Their European warehouse was "closed" due to covid-19 (yet they managed to send my order from there as its address is on the label!). This is clearly to deter people from returning their products as it costs more then the products are worth to send back to China (AND THEY KNOW THIS!) and they say its "policy" for the customer to foot the bill of return postage to their choosen warehouse.

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE! Absolute SCAM of a company who are quick cash makers then they are a company!

The level of customer service from this company is SHOCKING!

I bought 2 pairs of these leggings in size 2XL-3XL, which according to their website fits size 22-26.
I am a UK size 18-20, but I ordered the larger size just to be on the safe side. When they finally arrived, they had clearly been mis-sized...They wouldn't even go past my calves.

I first contacted Ovahia regarding the mis-sizing on the 18th October and received a response from someone named Olivia. I asked if I could be issued a return label so that I may send the leggings back, as they'd been incorrectly sized. Olivia asked me to provide the waist measurements of the leggings, which I I did. She then advised me that they wouldn't give me a return label, and I wasn't able to get a refund because they had been purchased on promotion, but that she would forward it to the "complaints department". This was on the 20th of October. I emailed to chase this on the 2nd November and got a response 4 days later asking me to send a picture of the measured waist, which was clearly a stalling tactic. But, as requested I sent photo evidence of the measurements on the 2nd December. I have received no acknowledgement of my email, and now conveniently their website appears to be offline.

I wish I had read the reviews before purchasing, as it appears many others have also been scammed. Disgraceful company!

Ordered at the start of November and have not received (29th Now). I've wrote several email and have received ZERO reply. Looks like I've wasted £30! I just want a reply, that's not too much to ask, is it?

So I ordered the leggings without reading any reviews as I saw the advertisement on Snapchat. I then thought it had been a few days since I ordered I found the email that confirmed tracking, I then clicked on the tracking and it said the courier was expecting my parcel but it had to been received yet.

I immediately panicked and googled reviews for the website and was so shocked to find all these bad reviews and felt so disheartened despite every review saying they could not get hold of the company via email I still decided to send an email this was on the 12th of October (I placed my order on the 5th of October)

Despite all this I am please to say I received the leggings today (15th of October). I also received a reply to my email today where they confirmed delivery and apologised for the delay in getting back to me.

The leggings themselves are of good quality, a little see through but what leggings are not. Very comfortable, breathable and stretchy fabric. I was an 8-10 but have recently had a baby so now about a 12. I ordered a medium and they fit great!

Thank you very much, I think it just shows you shouldn’t always disregard a company because they have a few bad reviews. Everyone takes a negative review more serious than a positive one.

Nearly 3 weeks since I ordered my leggings!!! I sent number of emails for updates & no response….

It frustrates me… if I just had a response with an ETA would be be satisfied!!!

Awful customer care. Asked for the same information numerous times and then never got back to me. Pants are see through and terrible company to deal with. I would not advise anyone to buy them

If I could give no star I would, waited 3 weeks for delivery leggings finally arrived and the material is shocking says they are not see through great to work out
You can see everything, the sizing is shocking I ordered L am the fit is awful
The reviews on the site are lies avoid this company

What a scam company!! Leggings sent directly from China and shipping time SO long! I was in contact with the customer service and that as well was not optimal. Leggings is see-through and not suitable for real training. Sizing does not match the UK size as well. All in all bad.

Although i had to wait 3 weeks for delivery i am very happy with my leggings. 1 pair of leggings came damaged but i emailed Ovahia and got a reply almost straight away they have now shipped me another pair to replace my damaged leggings. Fantastic customer service.

Definitely dodgy. I ordered two weeks ago with 'premium delivery' which said they would be sent within 48 hours. I haven't heard or received anything yet and there's no tracking number.

Dreadful company “never ever” buy anythink from these I have been trying to get my money back for months ordered a size :XL which is meant to be a uk size 18-20 but iam only a 16-18 normally in leggings in a selection of different brands .They come and too small wouldnt let me return but said if I pay postage they would replace cost me a further £10 and I order the biggest size 2XL/3XL which is meant to be a uk 22-26 which is ridiculous cause iam not this size so thought I would order a couple more pairs at the same time thinking they will definitely fit ,O no they arrive I can only get them half way up the top part of my leg “massive scam “going to be contacting my card issuers to with all the money as these where Miss sold goods and a scam !!!

Awful leggings! Wore them a handful of times and every time washed they got more and more ruined! Holes and everything! Sent photos to the company and they couldn’t care less! Absolute waste of money!

Horrendous company, avoid at ALL costs. I ordered three pairs of black leggings in the largest size they sell but they are tiny!! No way are they a 3xl size. I wish celebrities would stop endorsing products that are clearly rubbish, the material is not of a good quality and they are not true to size AT ALL. I have wasted nearly £40 on an absolute load of rubbish, no response to my return request. Absolutely disgusting.

Follow up, in response to my return request I was advised that, “Due to COVID restrictions they were not allowing exchanges or refunds of items” however they could offer me another pair of their rubbish leggings for free if I paid for postage! Seeing as I ordered the biggest size and they were too small what point would there be in ordering any more?!

Total con, I’m so cross that I have wasted money on leggings I can’t use from a company who don’t offer a returns service despite them insinuating that they do.

How long does the leggings take to come back?

These leggings might be endorsed by all the celebs but take it from me they are not comfortable to work out in!! The sizes are awful, and don’t reflect normal UK sizes!! If you want leggings to pose in buy these, if you want leggings to work out in avoid these!!!

AVOID AVOID shocking scam of a company, sizes are not true to size and they make you waste your time explaining it to them to then tell you they don’t refund. Save yourself the brain ache and AVOID!!!!

Got my 2 pairs of leggings today.
Khaki and the blue ones.
I didnt get a confirmation email and I waited 2 weeks for them to arrive.
Ordered after I saw the advert on katie prices Instagram story.
I was worried they wasnt going to arrive if am honest.
Well I ordered size 2x-3x and they fit perfect.
Very happy with them. 😁

I ordered 3 pairs of these leggings after Katie Price raved about them. I wish I had come to this site before buying. Not arrived, no communication and no response when I have emailed them to ask where my leggings are. It’s an absolute scam and I’m so incredibly disappointed In all the celebs that are advertising them.

Ordered on 3rd June still not here! Wouldn’t mind but it doesn’t say anywhere on the site or by chloe ferry(celeb advertising)they ship from outside the uk and describe the delivery as premium lol just glad I only paid £15.

I wouldn’t have ordered if I had known the above! We are in a culture now were so called celebrities are helping companies like this rip people off.
