Ovahia was a bit run over by its success following Kylie’s post. It took 3-4 weeks to be shipped from the USA to France. But other than that, I received very comfortable leggings

3 weeks after ordering and my leggings have only just been shipped! And I’m assuming that’s only because I emailed three days ago to chase this up?! Bizarre. I would not order from here again.

I placed an order 2 months ago and I never received it. I have been emailing for a month now asking for my money back as the package is non existent. I have not had a reply since telling them I have chased it up with the courier myself to find out they have no record of a parcel and demanding a refund or I will take it further, which I will be. Please do not use this SCAM of a company.

AWFUL COMPANY, I placed an order two months ago and I still haven’t received my goods. Every time I chase the order I am fobbed off with a reply saying it will be shipped shortly. I asked for a refund and was told I can’t because I bought the items when they were on promotion!!! BE AWARE AND DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM.

Ordered 4 pairs of leggings and they got delivered to my house within 10 days! The fit is great, they’re very flattering and are about mid rise almost high rise. I’m 5’0 feet and they hit right above my ankles. The white pair were a little see through so you’d definitely need a good nude colored pair of underwear but every other color was great! I live in the US, my orders tracking label showed they came from a warehouse in Las Vegas! I would definitely recommend ordering as many pair as you can at the great price they have right now.. I enjoy these more than I do my Nike or adidas leggings which cost way more!

Do not buy!!!! I stupidly disregarded all of the bad reviews and thought I would give them a try... but mistake!! I ordered a grey pair and a black pair of the leggings, the grey pair were okay, but ran slightly small I found. However the black pair arrive with multiple tears on them and they’re extremely see-through, like tights!!! I tried them on anyway and sat for all of 20 minutes in them, stood up and the colour had transferred onto my sheets, this stained them which I cannot get out and my legs were also stained black too.
I emailed the company and they advised they would send another pair, this took 3 weeks to arrive, when they finally did, they were the grey pair again, even though I requested replacement black ones! I emailed once again and requested a refund on this pair, to then find a week or so later I received a replacement black pair, this is not what I asked for what so ever. I am not happy so I emailed asking for my refund, requesting that any costs I incur as a result of sending an unsatisfactory item back that I would be reimbursed for this, no proper answer on that, just asking that in order to get the refund I send all the pairs back to Lithuania!!!! As you can imagine sending 4 pairs of leggings back to another country (I’m in the UK) will be costly, not including the cost of any packaging etc. I have yet again requested they reimburse me for this and I am awaiting a response. Avoid at all costs!!!

Absolute joke of a company. Not received our parcel that we ordered December 2nd . Do not buy from this company.
P.S. they need to stop with this reaching out crap.

Horrible I swear I only ordered one time but they charged me twice I paid for return label and still haven’t hear from them I email more than 10 times nothing. The quality sucks. Do not buy please

Do not buy from these people! After purchasing 2 pairs in October. I emailed them when I did not receive my order, they told me the order had been delivered to my address but I had never received them. They stated they would send me out a replacement with Hermes. I again waited ages and never received this order either. A tracking number was given to me and on checking it stated my parcel had been delivered on a date and time when I know I was in all day. I never received either parcel. I have sent email upon email about this and have now given up with the stress and time trying to get my money back! Firstly I brought these from Lydia bright advertising them which is so infuriating as she has flaunts all new stuff she has purchased for her house obv through advertising items that people get frauded over purchasing. Secondly don't waste your time emailing them as you will never get a refund so no point stressing yourself out over it and wasting your time

Order November 2020 and still haven't arrived. Contacted customer service and they just kept saying they have escalated my email and someone would be in touch. Still haven't received any reply until I said I would be writing about their awful service to which I got a reply saying they understood how frustrated I was but failed to mention a refund. Going to try reclaim my money with my bank instead. AVOID.

Leggings arrived as ordered, really awful quality the material has started the thread already. See through also so no good for squatting and actually going to the gym - maybe I was naive to actually wear them to exercise maybe they’re just for show. I’ve had better quality from primark.

whenever look at these disgraceful leggings i just think about the 'its a scam meme' I blame Kylie Jenner for this poor decision I have made gurl how much did they pay for you to promote this brand? And Chloe ferry howay man you should be ashamed?on your instagrams you make out that these ore super stretchy and anti cellulite material when really I have seen stretchier toenails and these bring out my cellulite more that when I'm naked I would say that I would return them back asap however there fraud scamming brand didn't even put a return slip inside my packaging this brand is absolutely ridiculous I would like to say ladies don't buy this product if you don't want to cut the circulation out of your legs ankles stomach vagina and them thick thighs just spend your well earnt money on the £2.50 primark leggings that are a proper bargain and proper nice as well

Ordered 2 pairs - they took nearly 6 weeks to come - kept contacting them and they kept replying simply saying they are coming, they will be with you soon.
So the arrived and they had holes in them! I emailed they said I would have to send them back at my own expense - wow! They finally agreed to send me replacement which in fairness only took 2 weeks to arrive - but they have holes all in the crotch of the leggings. I’ve tried contacted them 4 days in a row now and they are no longer replying to me so I cant get a refund!
Do NOT buy - they shouldn’t be aloud to operate!

I am very disappointed,
I was so happy to get my parcel after they provided me a tracking number that did not exist after I emailed them with that problem I got no return what's so ever..
I got my package and tried them on and the section from my ass to my legs is completely clear you can literally see my panties and my skin even if i'm wearing the same color panties.
I thought they were advertising free returns and free shipping but now I go and check on their website and shipping to return or get a refund is at my own cost.
For this exact reason I don't like buying from companies that influencers promote and it really sucks.
Now my only option is to contact them also its really hard to find a way to return or when refund when your product is damaged since its at their own cost they will resent you a new pair but I cant find it lol I wonder why its so hard....

I ordered leggings in October, it is now January 2021 and THERE IS STILL NO SIGN OF MY LEGGINGS.
I have emailed the company many times, all of which they reassured me they would be sending new leggings. I have asked for a refund to no avail.
Absolute sham. Unless you want your money to go down the drain, do NOT order from here.

Please do not order from this company you might receive a pair or you might not either way you will waste your money. They are not fit for purpose and the customer service is horrendous to get a straight answer from. I’m currently trying to get a refund for my niece when her order went through twice and Anna just keeps replying saying it’s being looked into this has been going on for months now. PLEASE DON’T ORDER FROM THEM

Do not waste your money!!! Must be a scam! Ordered in October still haven't arrived!! After emails from "Anna"? Fake person! Asked for my address twice even though its clearly on the order invoice! Apparently they got delivered hundreds of miles away somewhere!! They will send me a tracking order.. still waiting zzzzzzzz Anna is ignoring me now??!
Daughter is gutted as these were the leggings that were meant to be great!! Advertised by Chloe Ferry to buy them??! Not that my Daughter admires her look.. but the leggings looked good. I'm just glad I didn't order more than 1 pair!! Absolute disgrace

I ordered a pair of black leggings. The colour came out on the first wear leaving dye on my clothes...and I hadn't even worn them to the gym and gotten hot. They are the worst company for customer service and do not seem to want to offer any refunds at all

I would give no stars if I could.
Return policy is useless, they make you pay to send items back then never refund your money.
Leggings are basically see through. For the price of them you may as well go to primark. As least then you are getting your moneys worth.

Ordered these leggings in October and I’m still waiting at the end of December. I have had many email correspondence to no avail. DO NOT BUY THEES LEGGINGS !!!
