I ordered a pair of leggings which took around 3 weeks to arrive and the fit and material is terrible so I was looking to get a refund, but their website does not appear to exist anymore, so I am guessing this is a scam company? Please avoid!

If I could give this company zero stars I would. I ordered leggings over 2 months ago and never received them. Many failed attempts for a response with an email. Tracking number says that they attempted a delivery but I didn’t use my full address and they were sent back but that’s a LIE! This place is a SCAM! Beware!!!!

Absolute scam. I can’t believe I didn't read the rest of these reviews before placing my order.
After 4 weeks of not receiving my order I chased up and they said they tried to send my package but it got returned to them because I didn’t put my full address (even though I did). So I asked for a refund and they will only refund me £29 out of the £45 I spent! I asked them why they won’t give me a full refund and they told me they have to deduct charges because it got returned to them. The whole thing is a lie because I would never put down part of my address and even if I did they should contact me to say so, not me having to chase them!
I still haven’t even received any of my money back so I’m £45 out of pocket with no leggings...

Please pay attention to the other reviews listed here and AVOID this company! I ordered the leggings because I saw Kylie Jenner wear them and thought they were cute and I NEVER received my leggings. It has been over 2 months since I ordered and I got in contact with them to receive a refund and I still have yet to receive a refund. Please do not order from this company!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!! I ordered my first pair of leggings in August, they arrived after 2 weeks and although see through, they were comfee enough for round the house so I placed an order for another pair in beginning of October, I have not received them....
After 14 emails they have now stopped responding, emails are just repetitive to pass you off with no real answer as to where my order is, all emails are from an 'Anna', which I'm guessing is a generic name. Kept getting the same email saying 'sorry for your frustration' and my query has been passed to there 'dedicated service'.... Celebs should not be endorsing such a bad company, had it not been for them I would not have ordered these and lost my money.... Please do not order and keep your money in your bank!!!

This place is a scam! They charged my credit card twice for the same leggings (3 pairs). I requested a refund before even receiving the leggings and they said "you can return them once received unworn for a refund" but i would have to pay for shipping! It was 2 months of waiting for leggings I never ordered. The first pair I tried on and they are so bad, thin like panty hose and cheap. Horrible quality and horrible customer service. Beware of this company as they are a scam!

Took 3 weeks to arrive but satisfied with the price I paid for the product. Paid just under £15 inc delivery. Very comfy but don’t think they are worth the full price £25.00. Good response from customer service when I enquired where my order was they replied promptly.

After placing an order on December 12th to receive parcel 10 days later I am so dissatisfied and disappointed with the leggings. They are completely see through and cheap quality, considering these leggings are so expensive they are terrible quality will not be shopping with Ovahia again!

Delivery was reasonably quick and product came in nice packaging. The product itself looks nice initially but is not good quality which I could tell straight away when putting them on and they got a rip after one use. I’ve had better quality cheap leggings from primark! Disappointing, wouldn’t use again.

I ordered leggings for my daughter in October! When I asked for a refund I've been ignored repeatedly. This company is a rip off. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE! My daughter seen Kylie Jenner advertising these leggings and wanted them for Christmas, this is a horrible reflection on her character as well.

Dont order from this company! They took forever to ship to me, gave me a shipping number that didn’t work, and had horrible customer service. I never received my leggings and I never received an email or anything about them until I contacted their customer service and they told me they had been returned to sender. I didn’t even know that they had made it anywhere because I didn’t receive ANYTHING! They then tried to charge me a fee to send them back to me and when I asked for a refund they refunded half of the amount back to me and charged me ANOTHER fee because the item was returned without my knowledge. I am extremely frustrated with this company and have never had a worse experience.

Awful company and awful leggings! Emails were not responded to when chasing the whereabouts of my order due to the tracking reference provided not working. When they finally arrived weeks later I was very disappointed to realise they were see through and look like they will rip very easily. More like tights than leggings. I left a review on their Instagram page and I soon noticed mine and several other's comments were deleted and I have also now been blocked by them on Instagram! Pathetic behaviour from a pathetic company. I also note from other reviews that you cannot even return the product to a UK address and must therefore pay more to ship abroad, if they even answer your emails...

Wish I never ordered off this website! I placed an order over 4 weeks ago and still haven’t received my leggings! Wish I read the reviews first as it looks like I will never get them! I’ve emailed them several times and heard nothing back! I would not recommend this website at all! Absolute joke

I wish I had read the reviews and never ordered from this company! I placed my order on 14th October 2020 after seeing a review by Sam Faiers on instagram, now i feel like a right wally as I haven't received the items and looks like I never will. The reference number does not work, I have spent my time calling royal mail and waiting for ages to be told the number doesn't exist, total scam! Just sent another email to Ovahia asking for a refund, again. Not holding out much hope.

A must have leggings for every lady. Everything about the leggings is impressive. WIsh they come up with a variety of styles and colours. I would love to see more styles in their store.

Terrible customer service. Long delays with order. Finally arrived and after just wearing them once the seams have two holes. Poor quality. Won't bother again.

These are disgusting. Only buy these leggings if you are wanting almost transparent leggings .took ages to arrive. (Over two weeks!) Worst leggings ever il stick to fabletics thank you very much!! And apparently can’t return them if you don’t have the original packaging !!! Be warned save your money and buy from fabletics instead if you want good quality not rubbish poor quality leggings.

Best fit and perfect shape. The quality is superb and no doubt it’s going to last for several years.
