Literally awful customer service. Bought these after seeing them all over my Instagram, emailed after the designated 10-12 days saying I hadn't received them and was told to reach out again if they had arrived in another 12-15 days. 33 days later, no leggings and the tracking number says that the package isn't even in the country yet!! Won't issue a refund saying they will only send me replacements when royal mail says the package has been lost. Absolute waste of time and money, wish I had just spent the extra and gone to fabletics. Don't bother!!

Terrible quality. Totally see through. Very thin, poor quality material. I ordered 3 pairs
(one of which arrived and was the wrong colour!) and sent every single pair back.
Postage back to the USA from UK cost me £19!! Customer service refunded the cost for leggings but wouldn’t refund the return costs.

Avoid avoid avoid avoid. Total waste of your money!!

This company is a complete scam! It’s been over two months and I have yet to receive my package. Got a tracking number that’s been sent off for supposed shipment and has t left since the day they have it to me. I asked for my money back amd never got a response!! Customer service is terrible what a rip off and waste of my money. Don’t ever buy from them!

Omg please DO not buy from them . It’s a scam , I have never received my parcel , customer service keeps saying please provide your address 3 months now .
I have asked for money back and no response, l will definitely report this company and will sure go till the end to get my money back.

I was scammed I was sent a tracking number that said it was waiting for shipment for over a month when I emailed the company this “Emma” responded and sent me the same tracking number than a day later sent a complete different one that said it was delivered. I never received anything I got scammed for over $60!

I have purchased this exact style of leggings from an Amazon brand and loved them. When I saw Kylie Jenner promoting these I thought I’d give them a shot. They’re awful! They’re very see through and give that “baby wearing a diaper” feel. Both my mom and I had the same issue. Anyhow I have emailed the company 3 times with no reply. I’d love my money back but clearly that is not happening.

Opaque material, which is the best part. Fabric is going to stay long term, I’m sure. Our decision to buy this product was indeed good.

Better than others I tried earlier. Price is cheaper too. Came quickly. Very happy with the product.

SCAM. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! Been waiting for 2 months or more for two pair of leggings I order on here. I contacted OVAHIA support where they advised me to check my local post office after it said that my package was delivered. I did that and my package wasn't there. After they told me to call Fedex so I can confirm it's lost. Did that too. Then they requested Fedex to email them confirming this. Fedex customer support informed me that only the sender can make a claim and if they look up the package on their site it would say it's lost. I've emailed OVAHIA support over 10 times now, they stopped replying after I got into contact with Fedex. $30 out and no leggings. Yes, it's only $30, but I hate companies like this. AVOID AT ALL COST.

My second order finally arrived, ripped and a nightmare, I have since bought from a Uk company in the Cotswolds 5 pairs now, perfect, as they say on the website. Get yours from pulsegymclothing instead. 2 days delivery I had received them. Shame these influences share about ovahia as I lost money

Terrible leggings. Delivery took almost 30 days. I ordered 5 different colors after seeing Kylie Jenner endorse them on Instagram. The first pair I put on ripped. They are thin and cheaply made. Shame on Ovahia and Kylie for endorsing such a crappy product. Fabletics are MUCH better. Don’t waisted your money on Ovahia. I would have given zero stars.

Impressed with the thickness of the leggings. I thought they would be see through, but they’re not.

Disgusting brand. Absolute scam. My items never arrived, after three months Emma had claimed that it was sent back to them and they charged me a fee for the items being returned to them. I am out of pocket with no product. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THESE PEOPLE!!! Disgrace. I wish I could leave zero star.

I bought the leggings after Kylie Jenner promoting the brand . The delivery is worst it took nearly 25 days for the product to get delivered. When I received the leggings it was so transparent and inner wear is visible after wearing that so cheaply made. When I posted my complaint in insta they deleted by complaint. Be careful

Absolutely terrible
The returns process was shocking and their t&cs don’t say where to return goods. When I found out it was Lithuania I was not happy as there was a fault but I was expected to pay.
It’s a scam and influencer shouldn’t be promoting them

Awful company and products! Ordered two pairs of leggings due to seeing the celebrity’s rate them and wish I never bothered. Bought a grey pair and black pair same size. Black pair could barely get up as tight and see through. Grey pair fitted fine but see through and had holes in. I emailed straight away and asked for a refund. They did not want to give me a refund so without my say sent out replacements but only sent me a grey pair and not the black pair too. The replacement was better quality but yet again see through! Again I sent pictures and asked for a refund and was told that the reason for them being see through because they were stretched but yet fitted perfectly. So In the end I did not receive a refund and admitted defeat with getting my money back. Before all this it says you’ll get the product within 3 days but waiting almost a month for my products! Very rude and Indenial when it comes to their products. Would stay clear! It seems to me they send high quality leggings to the celebs to promote and cheaply made ones to their customers

Absolutely awful company and experience. Have been emailing back and forth after receiving ripped leggings. Leggings are basically see through, none of the different colours fit the same, some are short some are long and some are stretchier. I've been emailing 'Anna' who is clearly a generic name for all customer support staff. They have consistently declined that I can receive a refund, then said I cant receive a refund on leggings bought on an offer, not confirmed whether in fact I can receive a refund or not in the case of how I bought the leggings and then sent me an email with a Lithuanian address saying I have to front all postage costs to send ripped leggings back! Previously I was receiving emails continually saying that I should accept them sending another pair when I was clearly saying I didnt want another pair. I've spent over £50 on leggings, please dont waste your money!!

THE WORST COMPANY EVER.

Like most, I got sucked in to the multiple celeb advertising (Kylie Jenner, Mia Boardman, Katie Price) for these "wonder" leggings. After making my purchase on 24th October (48 hours dispatch time as disclosed on their website), I still had not received anything by 28th October so I reached out for help. In that time, I had the dispatch note on 29th (5 days after order placed, NOT 48 hours). Help team respond to say, and I quote, dispatch takes 3-5 days ( so the 48 hour promise is a lie - be warned) Go to check the link for shipping - doesn't work. Stays like this for days. Reach out again on Nov 3rd to be told by the help team "I invite you to consult regularly" - as helpful as chocolate teapot.

Order FINALLY arrives on 12th November...almost 3 weeks later...completely damaged and ripped.

Reach out to help AGAIN to send pictures and inform of this. Response was they will be replaced. Asked how I would know when they are dispatched etc as I have done ALL the chasing for information.

13th November - "Rest assured you will send you emails about the replacement" - question the English
on this sentence.

November 18th - Nothing yet again. Chase yet again. Told they are in the process of my order, told to wait 3-5 days and then reach out to them AGAIN.

19th November - 26 days since my first order. Nothing except ripped leggings and being out of pocket.

28th November - Chase AGAIN as no response. Reply from support "I invite you to wait 10 business days after shipping date before checking out. We are hardly working on making this process shorter" - questionable English and hardly working seems about right. I ask 3 times for them to confirm exactly when it was shipped so I can wait 10 days and then no doubt have to contact them again.

Response was "your parcel is in the process of being cleared through customs" - no exact date.

1st December - STILL NOTHING.

The worst, WORST company I have ever purchased from in my life and judging by these trust pilot reviews....I am not alone with this.
