Horrendous company - leggings are unwearable as they are totally see through! I asked for a refund and was told to return to me to China at a cost to me of £16.70. I have been in contact with the company numerous times who have promised replacement leggings but I have now been waiting over a month. I have sent countless emails chasing them and it’s always the same promises that they are on their way! Do not believe the celebrities promoting these leggings!!! They are awful and you will not get your money back!!! They are advertising these on Facebook and Instagram to name a few and should be investigated for fraud!

Rubbish!! Cheap material, very see through and sizing is wrong!! Run small!! Carnt believe celebs promote these!!

I ordered a pair of leggings back in JULY! I’ve never received them.
I’ve emailed ‘ANNA’ who keeps fobbing me off even tho I’ve asked every time for refund.
Next time I’m going to stick to what I know instead of using these stupid sites that stupid celebrities promote!

Awful do not buy ordered back in October as you could see through them so they offered to send another pair it’s took until last night to receive a pair witch also are totally see through celebs should not be advertising for this awful brand that clearly don’t speak English as customer service communication is very poor and won’t offer a refund

Delivery time was faster than what they showed. Quality is decently good. This is what i can review at this moment.

Waited over 4 weeks for the order, no replies on email. When I finally get an email back I ask to cancel, they said don’t worry we will dispatch the goods now, I replied and said just my money back please, they said sorry dispatched just now on a Sunday at 10pm! Yeah right! So received an email on Wednesday to say now dispatched... since then this has made me not want to purchase from this company, I’ve asked to return the goods when I get them, all they reply is, I can see you have the goods now. They either don’t speak English or just like to not answer your question. It seems like only one person works there called Anna!
Would not recommend ordering, very rude as well.

Do not buy! Ordered after seeing Holly (Geordie shore) rave about them on Instagram. Waited 3 weeks for them to come and they are EXTREMELY see through. I never normally trust ‘celeb’ affiliate or ‘AD’ recommendations and now I definitely wont be. Surprised to see Lydia Bright endorsing too. I hope others will check on here first and see all the bad reviews. £5 Primark leggings are less see through than these AND they’re impossible to return. Celebs need to stop endorsing poor quality brands and at least be TRANSPARENT with their audiences on the pros and cons of the item. Disgraceful

I ordered my leggings almost two months ago, I never received them. When I sent an email to where my leggings were, I got the run around. After many emails back and forth, they tried to lie and say my shipping address was incorrect. When I sent them a screenshot them that my shipping address was correct, I asked for a refund. They expected me to pay for shipping again, and had lied about my address, now they have not emailed me back at all in regards to a refund. Please don’t bother with these crooks, they are frauds and I don’t appreciate as a first time costumer, to have this such poor experience.

Awful quality. The leggings ripped the day I wore them. The reviews on their website can’t be genuine

All the good reviews on here are them and it is obvious as the emails from them are cringe and fake!

Don’t bother people! You’ll be showing more of your bottom to others in these leggings than to your significant other when naked!

Lesson learnt!!

Don’t buy- I ordered a pair after seeing Katie price on Instagram promoting them. 14 working days later they still haven’t shipped my order. I’ve requested a refund which they gave me within 5 days. They said they didn’t ship to my region.

DO NOT BUY! Wish I read the reviews before ordering, I don’t know how these so called celebrities can advertise this shoddy company. Received my item, it’s see through and damaged, asked for a refund as part of their guarantee and consumers rights to be told they won’t do that and will only resend the goods. Also got a reply ‘I suggest you accept the new pair you won’t regret it’ Asked to put a complaint in to be told they don’t do complains either? I’m suprised as I think it would be a full time job looking at the reviews. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Ordered 2 pairs of their leggings .
Didn’t receive tracking within 72 hours ,in fact didn’t receive any at all.
Contacted the customer services , to be told that they feel for my frustrations and they will look into it !
1 week later after numerous emails I was told they had been returned to sender because of an incorrect address. They had my postcode road and no, checked my conformation email
2days ago 24th November after more email’s
And asking for refund they told me they will issue one.
And that was for £14.90 , I paid £30 for 2 pairs . They have told me yesterday that I was charged returned carriage £15
Absolutely disgusting. I am so angry and will make sure in future to double check al negative reviews before buying.
Buyer beware although there are some good reviews there customer service is shocking. And £15 return fees are outrageous

Arrived bit late but they did arrive. They are thin. I have topshop leggings that I have had for years which are good & thick too.
After first wash they kept sliding downwards. After second wash the elastic in waist band had split and the seem on the waist is undone by about inch.

Ideal for indoor as well as sports use. Cost effective product. And looks like it’s going to last several years.

Customer care was a pleasure to speak to. They’re very soft spoken, listened to me and took action immediately. Their logistics partner mistakenly delivered my order to someone else. When I called Ovahia, they immediately called the delivery agent and asked for a status update. And the problem was resolved immediately. I got my order after 2 days. I’m really impressed with their professionalism.

Extremely poor quality. When you ask for a refund they offer to send you more products that never arrive. Don’t waste your money the customer service is awful and the leggings are see through

So I was actually looking for this type of leggings and saw a celebrity promoting them so i said to myself why not looks good and safe. Stupid me ordered a pair on the 14th of November and after that I came here to see the reviews! So I got an email after i made the order saying you will receive your tracking number after 72 hours, never happened. So i decide to look for my order today and this was their response : we are sorry to announce that unfortunately, no carrier can reach your region.(i live in Europe fyi)

After so many days they decided that my order needs to be canceled they did not even have the audacity to inform me I HAD TO ASK THEM. They said they will refund me lets see if that happens. Therefore its not worth your time or your money. They have no idea how to operate.

Absolutely appalling “customer service” if that’s what you call it. My leggings went missing in the post so contacted them to ask for a replacement. That was 2 months ago. They constantly tell you that they’re on their way but refuse to send tracking or a refund. Horrendous service
