I have been emailing back and forth for a month now and I’m still no further forward. I sincerely hope no one else orders from this company without reading these reviews first. I can’t believe any of the positive reviews are real customers 😂 they’ve got to be employees/fake accounts. Absolutely appalling company!!

Writing this review for the customer support. These guys are awesome. They solved the size confusion I had in just 10 seconds. Prompt response and fast delivery. Will definitely order again

I am completely appalled by the level of customer service I have received by OVAHIA.

It will cost me most of what I would get back to send the items to the US. I bought the items from OVAHIA UK, so surely I shouldn’t have to send send it back internationally.

It stated if there were issues with the items, returns would be covered. OVAHIA expected me to ship the leggings to the US from the UK myself when the leggings did not meet the standards promised. This is not the legal procedure of going around things either.

The fault was in the quality of your products, yet you’re pushing customers to take liability for this. Regardless of whether a promotional item or not, consumers are entitled to a full refund. OVAHIA tried to use this as an excuse to not provide a refund.

There was a total of 6 leggings that all did not meet standards simply calls for a refund.

I have never had such a bad experience with a company before. I have seen other reviews stating they had the exact same problems with the items being transparent. There is obviously a problem with quality control.

I will be taking this matter forward legally and will put through a formal complaint. I will also ensure people are aware of the awful customer service you receive with OVAHIA and how bad the products are through reviews.

As a company OVAHIA have failed to keep up with customer satisfaction and rules and regulations that all companies should abide by.

Awful quality!! I ordered 3 pairs in black and ordered a size up, comfortable, although tight, but completely see through! I am a size 20 but even when my daughter, who is only a size 14 teied mine in they went totally see through when she bends or stretches! Would definitely not reccomend.

Arrived in just 2 days. I didn’t have to follow up or call them. Great logistics. The product is impressive at first look. Can’t say much now. Let’s see how it performs.

Bloody terrible communication
Still waiting for leggings two weeks later , gave me a tracking number but not in the country yet !!! ENOUGH BULL

Awful customer service and awful product. Please don’t waste your money or time.

This company is completely fraudulent. Ordered leggings for my wife thanks to a Kylie Jenner promo. Leggings took 2 months to even ship, and because ovahia mislabeled the package, it could not be delivered. Per usps the item was disposed of, NOT returned, yet Emma from customer service claimed with no proof the item was returned to them. The real kicker? They only would refund me half of my money because they claimed they were charged a return fee when the item was disposed of and refused to provide any proof or evidence of this. Will be filing a bbb complaint and contesting the charge. Horrible company

I ordered a size UK XL (as per the size guide on the website) they literally don’t even go up my legs! The material is cheap & see-through. Don’t bother wasting your money on them!

The more i write about these products, the less it will be. So without wasting much time, just 3 words - this is awesome 🙂

Their website shifted ( when screen jumps due to poor load time) upon checkout, adding additional promo products to my order ( originally for a single pair of leggings). As there was no chance to review or ammend items before purchase, the additional error items went through. I immediately contacted their service team explaining and asking them to cancel the additional promo item and refund any money due to be taken, to which I received an email the next morning apologising and saying they'd get back to me. After 2 days of silence and being charged separately on my card for the additional promo items I contacted their team again saying I wanted the items cancelled and refunded to which I was informed the items were now being shipped and I'd have to return them. After looking into their return policy, I as the customer have to pay to return the items. Awful customer service and find myself put off before even receiving the 1 pair of leggings I originally ordered.

I ordered two pairs of these leggings for my niece. Strange that the confirmation email stated "thankyou for trusting us"!! Strange thing to say and this had my alarm bells ringing. It also stated 72 hours later I would receive an email telling me when this order would be despatched. Have sent 3 emails to the address given which have all bounced back 😡 Am getting nowhere. Just read feedback and the majority is negative. I will wait to hear back by Saturday, if not I will claim a refund from my Bank. Beware!!!!

Awful leggings. Completely see through. Then when I ask for a refund and to return the leggings they and refusing and telling me they’ll send new leggings out. I just want my refund! Won’t be buying from here again that’s for sure.

Didn’t like the leggings initially. My friends said I don’t look good in it. But after 2 weeks, they started appreciating me. I started feeling happy and confident with these leggings too. Now it’s one of my favourite sportswear.

One evening my girlfriend said - look honey, these leggings look sexy. I said - yeah, not sure about quality. She said they got good reviews online. So I said - alright go ahead and order one for you. She got the delivery today and she looks happy. And yes, she looks sexy too.

My partner calls it my alter ego. She can wear it all day long and do all types of work. The leggings are opaque, so she doesn't have a problem going out with it.

Do not order from this website, I watched Lydia advertising them on instagram and thought i would give it ago. I ordered 3 pairs as i want sure what size i would be and a different colour. They arrived in good time apparently from an address in walsall. I kept one pair they fit nice, not great quality but would be okay for 15 quid. I then looked to return and when you email from the address it is the united states!!!! The items i have to return would total 30 pounds and the postage would cost me 16.50! The lady on the email also stated that the refund is only issued if they are happy the items are new! which of course they would be but from reading other reviews i doubt they refund you even after you pay all that postage. I have kept them to sell online instead to try and get some money back. Feel completely robbed and there isnt anything you can do!
Celebrities should not be advertising something that is really not legit!
I will definitely not be doing this again the leggings were not worth 45 pounds which is what i ended up paying :-(
Complete scam who would send them back to the United states?!?!?!?!

Found the customer service side to be disgusting. Software issues encountered when paying via ApplePay because it doesn’t pick up apartment numbers. Contact them regarding this and wasn’t rectified. They then tried to charge me almost £18.00 just for the privilege and no items actually received. Also took well over the 7 days as per the terms and conditions. Cancelled the contract regardless whatever way you look at it and still charged me 50% of my order. The customer service is shocking at resolving issues. I really wouldn’t order from these again. How it’s endorsed by high end celebs is beyond me. Maybe not for much longer.

I am SOO angry!! MY WHOLE EXPERIENCE HAS BEEN HORRIBLE. My leggings took months to receive, and on top of that, my package did not have my address on it, thank God I could pick my package up from UPS. More to that, I was not satisfied with the quality of the leggings and the whole experience. However, they refused to refund my money; their website states "Satisfied or refunded." THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. Their leggings are thin and do not make your butt or body look nice. SAVE YOUR MONEY. I PROMISE THIS COMPANY IS HORRIBLE AND A SCAM!! CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS!! IF I COULD GIVE NO STARS I WOULD!!

Worst company I have ever dealt with

If I could give this business 0 stars then I would because they do not even deserve one.

Please do not order anything from them! I ordered two pairs of leggings in two different sizes, I was then charged at additional £19.90 that I did not authorise for a pair of leggings that I did not purchase.

When the leggings arrived, they were extremely poor quality, very see-through and had a hole in them within an hour. I complained and they asked for proof so I sent images of the leggings showing how see-through they were and the hole. They then sent a new pair which I did not want because the quality is still very poor.

When I complained again they said I would need to send them back, I said they should cover the shipping cost of the return due to the fact they were not of satisfactory quality and they were not as described on the website. Also considering the issue with them fraudulently taking money from my account.

They continually ignored the fact that they had charged me for something I did not order even though I mentioned it in at least five emails sent to their customer service department.

I am still going back and forth with them trying to resolve this issue and I am getting no where. The only option I have now is to go through my credit card company and hope that they see my predicament, I can send proof of all the emails showing their lack of respect and concern for their customers. It is like speaking to an automated robot, each person comes back with the same bog standard response which doesn't actually answer anything or provide any value.

Cannot believe celebrities promote such a brand. Sam Faiers, Amy Childs, Kylie Jenner, Demi Jones, Cara Delahoyde, Lydia Bright are all guilty of falsely advertising.
