Horrible customer service. Incompetence at it's finest.

I placed an order on the 22nd of May.
It was stuck in limbo with a status of "released" for a week - I then contacted support via the chat option on their website and spoke to a representative. They told me there was an issue with the order, that their higher-ups would cancel it and I would need to place my order once again.
I took your team at their word, assumed they would handle this and proceeded to reorder my items.
Days later I received an email notifying me that the original order had shipped - despite the support team stating the order would be cancelled and advising me to reorder! Now I have two charges on my credit card.

THE FACT THAT MY 1st ONE WASNT. I PLACED AN ORDER AROUND MARCH ,& NOW THIS ONE AS MY GRANDAUGHTER IS GETTING MARRIED. I FOUND EXACTLY WHAT I WANTED CHARM WISE, SO IT WAS A TOTALLY DIFFERENT EXPERIENCE, I DID SAY AFTER MY 1st EXPERIENCE THAT WOULD NEVER BUY FROM YOU AGAIN,BUT MY FAITH IN YOUR COMPANY HAS BEEN RESTORED!
