Fiasco
I ordered a birthday present on Saturday morning and paid for next day delivery, expecting it would be delivered on Monday my wife's birthday however I called on Tuesday as no sign of the parcel then on Wednesday I received an email stating it had been delivered but not to my address I called customer services again who said they would resend my order then that evening someone pushed the parcel through my letterbox. I have ordered Pandora products in the past but never had such a fiasco like this. It appears they now use Amazon delivery which explains a lot, not sure I will use Pandora again.

Disappointed with the packaging when buying on line from the Pandora Shop.
The bracelet is lovely and the assistant was very helpful, although I was surprised that they did not have the bracelet in the size required by in store, so I had to order. My son had bought a bracelet from b the Pandora store, both of these are for my grand daughters 18th and it was beautifully packaged with a bow. When my bracelet arrived, it was in a small plastic bag and with it a white box with Pandora written on it. I had no idea how to put the bracelet in the box I received - it looked awful, so was very disappointed. After this experience I wouldn't buy on line again if it was for a gift.

Terrible service and delivery policy
Terrible service and delivery policy, cannot amend delivery straight after placing an order, told by Pandora to speak to Royal Mail who advised they cannot redirect. Goods delivered to wrong address, out of pocket and no item.
