Nothing to do with the jewellery but ive yet to receive my order. I ordered on the 5th and got next day delivery, now it was a Friday so didn't really expect it till Tuesday at the latest, unfortunately it's now the 10th and still not received. As this was a present it's unfortunate.

Poor customer journey
I ordered an engraved item at 7.30pm on Weds, as a leaving gift for a colleague.
After speaking to another colleague, we thought some of the engraving might not fit with the personality of the "giftee". As all phone lines were closed at the time, I therefore called at 8am on the next working day, Thurs, (as soon as the lines opened!) to see if this could be changed. Now, whilst I accept full responsibility for the ordering of the engraving and accept that sometimes we have to accept this as our own mistake, I could not believe that I only got a robotic response of "sorry the system says" and when I asked for some human intervention got the same answer. Having had to accept this, I was then staggered to only get an email of completion AFTER lunch.
I paid for next day delivery which, according to the statement on your website "order before 4pm for next day delivery" means I should have received my item today (Friday). To add further insult, I received a message this morning to say that the delivery is now delayed and will not arrive until Saturday. I called customer service to complain about this and was told "we don't know that it's going to be late yet but, if it is, you can just call us for a refund on the shipping fees". I asked how I was then supposed to get it to my colleague who is leaving today and relocating and whether you would cover the extra postage fees involved and was told "sorry, that's outside our remit".
It seems they have a script to follow and cannot move outside the lines of this with any degree of actual thought or effort.
Altogether, a thoroughly disappointing experience.
(Interesting to see that you haven't replied to many of your less favourable reviews - only thanked people for the good ones!)
