Very tasty drink. Have it in the morning and seems to last till about 2 oclock till I need another or something solid. I’ve been on it for a month and lost 1/2 stone. Great product

There shakes are great I’m trying my 3rd jar of protein shake my weight is coming off nice and steady and the shake is banana flavour and it’s lush

I left a review a few days ago and had a response from you informing me to get in touch with directly to get my free shaker as you said that you would send me a free shaker straight away due to the inconvenience. I have had a email reply from you team again telling me no and I need to purchase one - lies again this is not how you treat people! You can’t say we will give you a free shaker which you put in writing and now I’m being told no - awful

fast efficient delivery, and excellent customer service

Frustratingly, having to give one star. Attempted payment with a discount code. For some reason the first attempt at Apple Pay declined as it sometimes does. Tried the double click instantly again which went through but without my knowledge, the website had in between, removed the discount code and I ended up paying full price. Contacted the company instantly to ask for help with this and have been ignored until ironically, half an hour after my order was delivered. The response was sarcastic, not at all acknowledging what had happened, but asking me to “remember” to enter the promo code in future. This was not a case of not remembering and for such a big company, I felt this customer service has left a lot to be desired. I’ve spent a lot of money with this company, never again.

Ordering is simple, delivery is quick. So far the tablets seem great 😊

Not a good overall experience so far def not 24hr delivery like stated

We ordered three shakes and two shaker cups and was told next day delivery.

4 days later we are still waiting! Contacted them to be told the order has been processed.

I was then told on fb messenger that it has not been processed and are missing a flavour even though it showed as in stock! All their responses are copied and pasted ! And they genuinely do not care about anything!

I get is it’s processed now although I asked what will actually be sent as they keep telling me different things. Most replies are copy and pasted

they have arrived, tried the mango tropical and it’s so sweet it’s unbearable even after ten minutes of drinking I can still taste an over powering sweetness in my mouth. Actually all flavours are awful ( please check other account on here there’s loads of bad reviews for the company ) wish I had seen before ordering

It’s easy to find what you are looking for on the website. There are good offers all the time. The slim shakes are great flavours and the choice to mix with water or milk is good. I’ve had free next day delivery with every order I have made, which is brilliant. The only thing I would note is that because your order is processed immediately for next day delivery, if you make a mistake or want to change something after you place the order, you won’t be able to. So just make sure you look at your basket/address/payment before you pay.

Easy to order, arrives quickly.
Love the flavours, some more than others.
Very satisfying and filling. Have two a day then eat normally for Tand still with a glass of wine.

I’ve been doing this for 4 weeks and I’ve lost 1stone in weight. The shakes are sweet but I really like them and have an array of different flavours!
Whilst I know it’s not a quick fix, with me having a busy lifestyle it will help me when I don’t have time for breakfast or when I skip lunch then binge, I can have a shake instead which is quick and easy to do!
My main meal of evening is so much healthier as I am seeing results on the scales and clothes, I am more inclined to make better food choices.
The shakes are delivered the following day which is really good!
I am really impressed!

Next day delivery, tastes amazing, easy to make, just as nice if not nicer with just water. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend

After debating for a while and enquiring about flavours I decided on chocolate fudge as chocolate flavours I like told this is very chocolatey however it arrived quick but the taste is vile not at all chocolatey leaves awful after taste so such a waste of money and it’s not cheap I wouldn’t recommend as I would be concerned they all have awful after taste and is the reason no flavour 1serving options available such a shame

Ordered one jar 34 meals from ad which stated clearly with free shaker, jar arrived with no shaker, i contacted customer service but they are just ignoring my emails with proof of ad saying free shaker with one jar, and thats the ad i bought from. Beware as this is of course false adverting, if i dont recieve reply and my free shaker, i shall of course be contatacting trading standards.

Shakes are lovely with both milk or water, no horrible protein powder tast after.

Usually do not have a problem with this company, products are great, delivery usually great. However this time I have paid over £100 for my order which should have been here three days ago and I cannot get any response from customer service. Have tried multiple ways to contact. Live chat, email, etc. All I am getting is an automated message. I cannot find anything out at all

Since being on protein shakes i have lost over a stone highly recomend

I love their products but right now I am struggling to get in touch with anyone after sending multiple emails, Facebook message and also live chat which now isn’t responding to me even though it’s a bot. All I want to know is when I will receive my order which I placed 5 days ago given that you advise that all orders will be received the next day by next day delivery. I haven’t even received the confirmation email to say it’s been dispatched which I was told would receive within 24 hours in 14/05/2026 (it’s been over 24 hours). I am only giving this 1 star because of the level of customer service. The products are amazing.
