BEWARE!!!

BEWARE!!!

I purchased an item of make up on the 31st May and the order was delivered on the 3rd June. I immediately realised I’d accidentally ordered the wrong shade. I went online and ordered the correct shade straight away. Within an hour of it being delivered to me, I’d returned it to Space NK via their returns process.

Their policy states a full refund on items unopened and unused.

Finally 10 days after it was delivered back to them, they responded offering me a gift card as they say it was open and used.

To be clear… I DID NOT open this item and I DID NOT use it.

Having then escalated this, they simply said that the return goes back to the warehouse who assess it and their decision is final. An absolute scam!

I am now taking this to the Retail ADR and Ombudsman.

Marc was incredibly helpful in…

Marc was incredibly helpful in resolving my issue. He responded quickly, and made the process straightforward and stress free. Thanks to his assistance, the problem was sorted out efficiently. Excellent customer service from Marc much appreciated.

Placed an order on the 14th of May and…

Placed an order on the 14th of May and it has still not arrived. I only got an initial update there were issues with the warehouse when I reached out asking where my parcel was.

Had I have known there would be a delay I would definitely have shopped elsewhere, as the service has been terrible and I am still without my order over a month later with no delivery in sight.

Great customer service from Lucy at SPACENK

Lucy (customer experience agent) has shown fantastic customer service when I reached out to SPACENK. There aren’t many companies nowadays that truly look after their customers but SPACENK always does, both online and in store! Thank you Lucy, I’m really grateful for your help and kindness.

Faulty product, zero customer service response

I purchased a NuFACE Mini+ from Space NK (order no. WK31175055), which stopped working 9 months after purchase — it won't power on, and when it occasionally does, it shuts off within seconds.
I contacted Customer Service to request a warranty replacement/refund. Over the course of two weeks, I received two identical automated replies about warehouse delays and order dispatch — completely unrelated to my query about a faulty product. My actual issue has not been addressed at all.
Extremely disappointed with the lack of basic customer service. If you're considering buying from Space NK, be aware that getting a genuine response to a product issue seems very difficult.
If this is not resolved promptly, I will be escalating to Trading Standards / Citizens Advice.

I phoned the Customer service…

I phoned the Customer service department of SpaceNk as I had a problem with my Rewards card. I spoke to Marc who was at all times polite and patient with a 77 year old who is easily confused 😂 He was exceptionally helpful and went the extra mile to sort my issue. This sort of experience encourages me to buy all my beauty products from SpaceNk. Thank you for your help Marc.

Great service

In the order that I placed one product did not arrive and Claire from Space NK was so helpful at arranging the replacement quickly. The whole process with customer service was smooth and easy - I would very much recommend!

I ordered an item to be delivered to …

I ordered an item to be delivered to one of Space NKs stores for collection. I received an email confirming that it was ready to collect, 3 days later I received an email telling me it had been returned to warehouse as I hadn't collected it. Sorry for having a job which made it impossible for me to drop everything and run to their store ASAP. Also, I still have not received my refund. This was my first and will be my last Space NK shopping experience.

Terrible Customer Service and No…

Terrible Customer Service and No Resolution

I’ve had an extremely disappointing experience with this company. For over a month, I’ve been trying to contact customer service regarding a missing item from my order, but every response I receive is an automated message about shipping delays.

The issue is not that my order is delayed—I received it weeks ago. The problem is that an item was missing from the package. Despite providing clear photographic evidence, I have yet to receive a genuine response from a real person or any attempt to resolve the issue.

At this stage, I’m left with no option but to consider contacting my bank to dispute the charge. It’s unacceptable for a company to continue taking orders when it appears unable to properly fulfil them or provide effective customer support.

The reliance on automated AI responses instead of actual customer service has been incredibly frustrating. As a result, this company has lost not only my business but also that of several members of my household, and I certainly won’t be recommending them to others.

I will not be shopping with this company again and would strongly advise potential customers to think twice before placing an order.

Purchased 2 perfumes from this…

Purchased 2 perfumes from this company,after shopping around chose space nk,due to the free gift incentive they were offering at that time.A summer beauty box.Could have easily gone elsewhere,but incentive encouraged me to buy here.3 weeks later,no gift,no communication other than generic message of backlogs,will be with you soon,by the end of the week,nothing.Perfume did arrive promptly,but guess lesson learnt...will not be purchasing from again.
