Space NK - con artist?

Space Nk had a offer that if you purchased a product from the Tatcha range with no minimum spend they would send a free eye cream as a welcome back gift. I've received my purchase but not the free gift I feel that I've been conned!

Awful experience

Awful experience. I have tried for over a week to contact them about a missing item from my order and they just send back automated messages every time about orders going out being delayed. I HAVE MY ORDER, it was just MISSING an item. I have even sent in photographic evidence and that doesn't even get a real response. I will have to contact my bank soon to back charge my order as these people don't seem to care and are uncontactable. Happy to take your money but won't help you when you need it. These are expensive products too, I expect better service for their price range. They didn't have anything on their website about orders being disrupted or delayed either. AVOID THIS COMPANY.

Ordered 12 th may not all my order arrived I have contacted customer service several times and just keep coming back with a poor excuse saying they have warehouse issues but how can that be when there still sending parcels out
It’s lies after lies and I would not recommend this company at all there’s more suitable companies out there to order

Awful! Don’t use!

Ordered over £170 items for a birthday present and trip away. They state 4-5 working day delivery- it took them between 2-4 weeks to send out all the items. Before they sent them out I asked customer service email to cancel the order and refund me. They said they couldn’t as the order had gone to the ‘warehouse’. So I waited 4 weeks for all the items to come to send them back. And guess what. It’s been 2 weeks and I haven’t got a refund yet.

Have been shopping with space nk for a few months and find there customer service is fab. I received a faulty product and sarah at customer service sorted it out for me super quickly. Hope to continue shopping with space nk for the foreseeable future. A brilliant range of products. Amazing incentives. Fabulous customer service. 5 🌟

I used to love space NK and was a deluxe member, since they’ve changed their distribution centre parcels are late or items don’t arrive and there is no communication.

Used to be so reliable, the distribution’upgrade’ is definitely a downgrade.

!!SCAM SCAM SCAM!!

I bought something recently, but this is just a scam. Everything was opened. I just checked if I can return it, but it says your order number is not in use and we cannot help you. If you (spacenk) don't respond to this comment, I am going to take action and talk to my lawyer about this, because I paid 121 euros. This is literally a scam. I want my money back. Immediately.

The worst customer service for such…

The worst customer service for such online store ever. Order was late, no information why. Then needed to wait for any updates. When finally got it - only half of my order was in it... Needed to write again, again wait for refund and does not seem they even care.. no more ordering there.

I called Customer service

I called Customer service to see if I could have help with a gift card which I had unfortunately lost as I lost my bag. Connor was so helpful and did what he said he would do and after speaking with a colleague managed to help transfer the lost funds. I am so grateful and made a bad situation better. Thanks Connor!

I placed my order 4 weeks ago and they haven’t shipped my order yet. their customer service has an email address howeverThere is no way to contact them there is no way to contact them as I only received automated emails and I can’t get a refund either-horrible experience and apparently I am not the only one. Excellent

I made a couple of purchases on line Sunday morning but did not receive an order confirmation email from SpaceNK. I looked up their contacts and saw they were contactable by phone even on a Sunday. I rang the number and spoke to a most helpful person who immediately sent me the confirmation email I sought. Most impressive and much appreciated.

Can someone actually read my complaint instead of sending automated replies?

My order was delayed, and when it finally arrived, it was incomplete. I paid for 3 products and only received 2. The missing item is The Smoother Glycolic Acid Exfoliating Body Lotion.

I contacted customer service and received a generic response about warehouse delays that completely ignored the issue I raised.

At this point, I would like a clear answer: where is the product I paid for? If it is not being shipped, I expect a refund.

Very disappointing experience with Space NK. I placed my order on 28 May and, as of 14 June, it still hasn’t been dispatched.

Every week I receive the same generic message saying my order will arrive at the beginning or end of the following week, but no actual dispatch date is ever provided.

After more than two weeks of waiting and repeated delays, I’ve lost confidence in the company and have requested cancellation of my order.

Be cautious if you need your items within a reasonable timeframe

Good customer service

My app would not link my ndulge card to my app and I was just struggling with it. I emailed customer service and someone named Nikki sealed with my problem. It was quick and easy and she was lovely. I liked the way she interacted, great customer service!
