Your refund policy sucks, in Saudi Arabia if i am unhappy with a device they will refund it by sending a delivery man to the address.

You guys suck at your refund policy, maybe change it :)

I bought a portable monitor, to go with our zenbook, and also to use whilst working from home with. My work laptop. The monitor is a fantastic addition to my home office, I am used to two monitor working at work, it makes working more efficient as a software engineer. The image es are clear

I have ordered an ASUS laptop it was great in performance and good overall. However, had to return it due to poor screen quality. Customer service handled my problem very well, and I am waiting to get a refund. Overall, you will not make a mistake buying from this store. It’s just awesome.

While the product is first rate and the price paid reasonable the order process was not streamlined. The supplier failed to release my order on the next day delivery service as paid for and was subsequently refunded. Additionally the web login for tracking an order did not update and was useless in operation.
The customer service team were polite and helpful on the occasions that I contacted them, however it would of been nice not to have needed to contact them in the first instance.

After amazon managed to send two italien keyboards instead of the UK version I had ordered. I ordered directly from the uk asus store and it arrived in a couple of days.

No confirmation or correspondence regarding the status of the order for over a month until two days after I opened a Resolution Case on Paypal, seeking a cancellation and full refund.

I was told "You order shipped today. Do check the DPD website to anticipate delivery". That was it.

No apology. Unwanted item sent out despite full knowledge (and advanced notice) of my intention to cancel.

Order an item and received a delivery of a different item. ASUS then told me to return it as they couldn't fulfil my order even though the item is on sale elsewhere and I was prepared to wait. Customer service was rude and unhelpful. Would never buy from them again.

I was directed to this store from the ASUS main site, it was not made clear to me that I had moved outside of the ASUS 'bubble'. Indeed the web address itself is very similar, what this meant was, that despite having exactly the same text, the deal I wanted of laptop plus TUF backpack and mouse was not delivered. Contacting the seller resulted in a 'we are not interested, it is not our problem response'. Likewise from ASUS, all-in-all a birthday gift ruined, more expense for me and very poor customer service from both parties. Extremely disappointed and had I had the time fbefore the birthday, I would have returned the laptop.

Website a bit clunky and only option was to pay using PayPal - not sure if you get section 75 protection on your purchase if you use a credit card. Delivery was not as fast as you would expect when you pay for the premium service and the communication wasn't great following purchase. Could have been some more informative emails.

I have was a good decide buy this Zenbook. So nice, elegant, the touch like so silky. Knowledge perfect. I recommend it to everybody! I like it so much!
